Adults Only, Hideaway at Royalton Negril Resort

Check in went bizarrely unhinged and mismanaged. The next day management visited to rectify the horror. Overall service was above average in most departments. I rebooked because nothing is perfect and amendments were offered.

I have joined the 7:15 am yoga based classes, they are kind instructive and in a week I can stretch more than I have been able to in years! The setting with the ocean view is breath taking and a memory to hold in my mind when I return. As a result I plan to carry this on .

The sunrise yoga was the best I did it a 7:15 am and I was amazed by the class I did stretching and I was much better than I started and I will recommend all the classes as well and I must recommend the gym as well thanks to the instructor and the others for a good time.

I want to show appreciate toward the fitness instructors here at Royalton Negril. The aqua fit was really good with the noddles with the beautiful Caribbean Sea behind the instructor. I met him at the beach where we talked and he invited me to aqua fit.

While the Royalton Negril is a great hotel, it could benefit from a little refresh, particularly in terms of cleanliness and the shower pressure. However, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff who made our two-week stay an unforgettable experience. The Vibes Team, especially Roshae (Tiny) and Bjorn (BJ), brought amazing energy and charisma to the activities, impressing everyone with their dance skills and enthusiasm. Additionally, Enriquez took the time to listen to guests, ensuring they felt heard and valued, while also seeking suggestions for hotel improvements. Trace, the water quality and pool maintenance specialist, went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. From the Fitness Team, Lindal and Jovie led engaging Yoga, Pilates, and Water Aerobics classes, even offering personalized 1-1 sessions for those who wanted extra support. Lastly, Shardae, the lady at the dessert section of the evening main buffet restaurant, added a joyful touch to our dining experience each evening, making it a pleasure to visit. Overall, the hotel may need some improvements, but the staff more than make up for it with their dedication and warmth. They truly made our stay special. One Love, Team ITAL! Ashley & Kasey.

There’s nothing negative about this resort. When we’ve read the reviews here about this resort after booking we felt like crying and we were having anxiety reading all the negative reviews. But actually, if you are someone who isn’t bitter and doesn’t expect a Bora Bora resort out of this place then you’d love this place I guarantee you. They make sure you are taken care of and you get what you want. The resort is pristine and can’t complain about the food. So don’t listen to all these negative reviews and come with an open mind. Enjoy your stay here. As a matter of fact we are still here and loving every minute of it.

This resort is 1.5 stars at best. The furniture is dated and ocean view is obstructed by balconies of other rooms. Thank you. Here's the original message: Good morning. Thank you. We're great and slept well. The Calypso was good, but I was overcharged for the steak. A true 8oz steak wouldn't have fit on the small rectangular plate it was served on. When I disputed the charge given the small size, it wasn't close to an 8 Oz steak, the Chef refused to speak with me to address the matter. I did write a note on the bill and a staff member said that she would document the chef's refusal to speak with me and my concern. Checked out 6 days early. I was forced to pay for the little steak and no manager would speak with me. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT!!
