I visited Neil Island around last month. Me and friend travel from Mumbai for a small getaway and we came across the best hotel for our stay, with great staff and amazing food to taste, spa is very good and relaxing, also the comfiest rooms with good view, the front office team was very supportive and lenient to our concerns, all over enjoyed and satisfied with our stay. I recommend others to come and check out the place for sure, you won't be disappointed. Also great assistant by Bishal and Karthick, keep up the good work you guys!

I visited Neil Island around last month. Me and friend travel from Uttar Pradesh for a small getaway and we came across the best hotel for our stay, with great staff and amazing food to taste, spa is very good and relaxing, also the comfiest rooms with good view, the front office team was very supportive and lenient to our concerns, all over enjoyed and satisfied with our stay. I recommend others to come and check out the place for sure, you won't be disappointed. Also great assistant by Bishal and Karthick, keep up the good work you guys!

We stayed in Samssara on Aug. The Pool-facing room was cozy and filled with all the amenities. The breakfast was lavish and delicious. The view was amazing. Thanks to Anand for going extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Right from check-in, to helping us out with day excursion, arranging hotel breakfast and a smooth checkout, the experience was wonderful. All in all a true definition of a luxury-stay. This is one trip that my daughters will remember forever. A special thanks to Bishal and Karthic as well who made sure that we had a comfortable stay.

My wife and I with our baby stayed here during our 3 days havelock and Neil island trip.. Good food and service was excellent.. during our breakfast Mousumi took care of our baby so we can have breakfast together. Property has private beach where morning and evening view is very good.

Nice ambience and great hospitality. Malacca restaurant of Seashell resort is really good.Thanks to Mousomi, Urmila and Moson for their great sevice. Pool area is well maintained.Rooms are well maintained and hygienic.The resort is located in a serene place, which has even a private beach

Unfriendly and inhospitable staff. Unpleasant experience. We requested a late check out for one room out of two since we had two senior citizens in our midst. They flatly refused in a rude manner (Mr Karthic at the reception) even though we were perhaps the only guests at the property. We were disturbed in our rooms twice when asleep - once by a staff who thought our room was unoccupied (!) and another by phone checking if we wanted to have dinner from the restaurant (perhaps the revenue obsessed property has sales quotas for the restaurant manager) The Wi-Fi system is again reflective of mercenary approach - they give out codes which don’t work well and frequently need to be reentered. Overall, while the rooms were okay, I was happy to check out and not have to engage with the staff again. Pathetic experience unlike in other Andaman properties where we felt welcomed in a pleasant manner. Won’t be back at a Sea Shell property for sure!
