Front desk was extremely helpful and kind, property is just quite old and there is virtually no upkeep. AC worked wonderfully well, but room was dingy, paint pealing, cigarette burn in the coverlet. Sheets and other bedding very clean. Smelled so we bought a candle to burn. Rate was so low it was worth it.

1. Filty: Bathroom, table, remote, walls, etc. 2. Only 4 rooms rented out that night. They put us all in a row instead of spread out. Could hear the noise next door. 3. Bathroom tile rotted around, falling off. 4. Linens appeared clean, thankfully.
