Motel 6 Nephi, UT

Do NOT stay here! Beyond terrible! Had to wait to check in for over 45 minutes, there was no one to help with that. Upon finally checking in I needed to take a shower. No hot water, not even tepid! No shampoo either. Thin walls don’t make for a restful night, a couple making out next door and a few barking dogs a few doors away! What happened to this chain??

The window was broken and being held up by tape, there was a stain that looked like blood on the curtain, no toiletries. we had ONE USED bar of soap with a hair on it, dead bugs in the pool, the entire side of the building is COVERED with bugs, the lock on the door that’s dividing our rooms is broken, half of the lights work. also, SUPER sketchy, there was like druggies RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW THE ENTIRE NIGHT, you can hear everything outside this room, I PAID $150 FOR THIS ROOM, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

We were given a room that was dirty. I didn't complain because the aloof but friendly young man working the the front desk told us that's all that was left for rooms, and at least the sheets and towels seemed clean. It was after 1:00am and we needed sleep. However, the amount of dirt on the floor was so obviously gross, walking across the room made crunching sounds. Hairballs, potato chips, dirt balls not just in nooks and crannies but everywhere. Also all over the desk. The window was filthy. Half the light bulbs didn't work. I was worried that the blanket hadn't been washed because it had a musty smell. But like I said, the sheets seemed clean and the room was quiet all night. Ample number of towels and the shower was hot, although the cheap shower head could use upgrading. The tub had calcium stains but was clean. The lobby has lukewarm coffee and plenty of decent teas (bonus!) to pick from, even though the hot water was just lukewarm. There are no elevators and luggage had to be carried through the lobby and up stairs to the room. Someone had parked in front of the drive way so it had to be carried across the parking lot. We arrived too late to take advantage of the pool and hot tub so can't comment on them for this trip. The WiFi worked well. The TV had lots of channels to pick from. The view to the back of the hotel was pleasant and peaceful but was hard to view through the dirty window. This is a budget hotel so we don't expect frills, and the good wifi, TV, and pool are bonuses. But we expect a clean room. This time we were disappointed in that respect.

I stayed in one of their rooms on the second floor. The smell coming from the room was horrible!!! It was like we were sitting in a smokers lounge. The sheets on both of the beds were dirty and had a horrible smell. We weren't even given bathroom soaps to use for the stay we had to go buy our own. The celling fan was so dirty that we couldn't turn it on because it spread dust everywhere. I went and asked the management to have a different room but the room they moved us to was just as bad as the first one. We will never stay here again and I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. They need to deep clean that entire place from top to bottom!!!!!

close to the freeway. more care could have been taken to the bathroom and floors in the room and hallways stairs,, our bed sqweeked at the slightest movement.

Lovely staff. Definitely family run, but again I say this about all older motel 6 corporate needs to help these families who take pride in their properties, by helping with refurbishment. Thanks Callie and co for your help and kindness.

Hotel was very dirty. Looked like the managers living in the lobby of hotel.

This was a stopover on our way south. This is one of the best Motel6's that I have ever been to. I was driving a pickup with a large cargo trailer and there was lots of parking space. It was super handy to the interstate and was easy walk to Burger King as opposed to driving after a long day on the road. Keep up the good work Motel 6 Nephi

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the freeway. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Inexpensive.
