Das Hotel liegt abseits von jeglicher Infrastruktur wie Restaurant oder Geschäften. Ich war gezwungen mit meinem Mitarbeiter abends im Hotel zu Essen. Eine sehr sehr magere Auswahl mit gesalzenen Preisen. Ich möchte was nach der Arbeit essen. Gerichte ab 20,-€ aufwärts Angus Bürger und Lammkotelett etc.. ist nix für Mitarbeiter die die Woche über unterwegs sind. Sorry dies ist was für am Wochenende mit Frau und Kegel, jedoch nicht unter der Woche was. Es währe schön, wenn man hier normale Gerichte für die Gäste anbieten würde und etwas mehr Auswahl als 3 Gerichte im Hauptgang.
Thema Sauberkeit: Unser Zimmer war im großen ganzen sauber, jedoch im Bad war das Waschbecken nicht ok. Siphon am Rand Schmutzablagerung, genauso wie im Überlauf Dreck und abgeplatztes Chrom. Einfach nur ekelig.

Firstly the hotel is neither in Neuss nor anywhere near the centre of Dusseldorf. It is in a very quiet location 10-15 min walk from Norf train stop. Norf itself is 25 min train from Dusseldorf centre and can be reached directly from the airport in -40 mins. Taxi from airport is 50euro. Hotel is a little tired but very clean and the staff are excellent, very helpful. We had breakfast which is expensive at 18euro but plenty of choice and very nice. I would like more pillows as there is only one per bed. Would recommend but only if you’re fit enough to do lots of walking / hopping on off trains.

Mercure Hotels waren für mich bisher gute Business Hotels. Das hier in Neuss ist leider arg in die Jahre gekommen, was man insbesondere an dem Mobiliar und fleckigen Teppichboden deutlich erkennt. Als „Expedia-Bucher“ bekam ich ein Zimmer in der letzten Ecke (irgendein Anbau, der durch dunkle Gänge und klapprige Türen vom Haupthaus getrennt ist). Eine Rechnung mit MWSt gab es beim Check-out dann nicht, obwohl das bei der Buchung (Bezahlung im Hotel) so vorgesehen war. Nervig. Zum Glück war wenigstens wenig von der Bundesstraße zu hören, an der das Hotel direkt angrenzt, so dass die 1 Nacht ok war.

Ein sehr altes Haus, alte Zimmer, dreckige Teppichböden, das ganze zwar aufgepeppt, aber trotzdem sehr veraltet.. Für ein Mercure-Hotel, sehr runtergeranntes Leider haben die Zimmer auch ein wenig nach Unifit gerochen. Personal war allerdings immer sehr freundlich. Für mich ein Hotel, was ich nicht mehr buchen werde.

Nettes Personal, das sehr bemüht ist. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich unterirdisch. Der DEHOGA Prüfer, der die vier Sterne erneuert hat, hatte wohl Augen- und Nasefehlfunktion. In dem Hotel ist an jeder Ecke was kaputt, die Teppiche Lösen sich vom Boden, die Fenster im Forier sind blind, im Zimmer und im Bad gab es gesundheitsschädlichen schwarzen Schimmel. Die Wände im Zimmer hatten Risse und waren vergilbt, zusätzlich riecht das Zimmer unangenehm nach Rauch und Gammel. Da ich zur Messezeit dort war, kostet das Einzelzimmer die Nacht mehr als 300 € für dieses Loch sind selbst 50 € zu viel. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung! Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war groß, Check-in und Check-Out schnell erledigt. Wir waren zufrieden.
