SureStay Hotel by Best Western New Braunfels

The shower did not work. The bathtub and bathroom floor was dirty. All the mirrors were dirty. There were bugs in the room and hair in the sheets. This indicated the sheets were not changed after the last guest. Just an over all worn look to the whole room. There was road nose being heard in the room all night long

We’re a family of 4, it is a great location for what we needed. The place is quiet and reasonable. We definitely will return when we come back for our next trip . The kids even enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and Mary in the front desk was very helpful

This is an older, budget location, so you need to have the right expectations. Friendly, easy check-in, clean room, free cereal/waffles/muffins/yogurt juice and coffee. Plenty of towels and a mini frig. Just what we needed for an unplanned overnight out of town.

Very comfortable and spacious room. This made it easy for us to get up and go see the total solar eclipse We would recommend staying here if you are wondering. Staff was very friendly. They provided cold water and solar eclipse glasses , and a plastic water bottle.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. It is easy to get to right off the interstate. The hotel is clean and we received a good night sleep. Continental breakfast offered sweet rolls, toast with jelly, and yogurt.

I loved the clean room and most important to me, is the comfort of the beds where I stay, and this place had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend this place, and whenever I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean and comfortable. There were many places nearby to eat but traffic was busy so we opted to walk next door to the Mexican restaurant and it was so good! The little lady that checked us in was very sweet and accommodating. There was an older lady that seemed a little sketchy. She was looking in the window at the office when we checked in and then appeared in front of our room when we were trying to bring in our things. The next morning she showed up when my husband was trying to pack up our vehicle to leave and was speaking something he couldn’t understand. It weirded him out anyway.

Stayed here for one night. I am a Best Western Rewards highest level member so I stay in a lot of Sure Stays and Best Westerns. This one was above average for a Sure Stay and priced right. Very nice lady at check in. I request a 2nd floor room in quiet area and got a room in the back. There were maybe 3-4 cars parked back there by morning and it was very quiet, away from the road. Plenty of parking. I noticed no cleanliness issues with the room. My only complaint was that the bed was just a little too soft for my liking. I didn't stay for breakfast but the breakfast area looked to be very small with just 3 or 4 tables. I would consider staying here again if I was in the area.

They have ample overflow parking for large vehicles and are within walking distance of multiple eating places as well as a convenience store across the street. The facility is an older facility and it could use a remodel but overall its in a great location.
