I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. I wouldn’t have seen the best of Cairo without the help of their amazing navigator named Abdo. He was very helpful in every way!!! Thumbs up Abdo and thank you so much! Looking forward to visiting your hotel soon.

Stayed here for a short trip with friends, hotel is beautiful but not near shops or city center. Inside is absolutely lovely.

The whole experience was great during our visit to El Cairo at the Dusit hotel. The facilities and assistance were excellent at all time. However, the most remarkable service was the dinner at the international food restaurant. It had good quality-price balance and the waiters Mostafa, Magdy and Adham were really pleasant. Thank you!

I have traveled to several countries and stayed in many five-star hotels. In a poor country like Cairo, I am really surprised that there is such a high-end and cost-effective hotel. This hotel has cured me of all the travel fatigue for half a month and made my children happy. .I am happy. I feel like I am a princess 👸 being pampered. And I am really high-end and classy. The ceiling of Egypt.

Good hotel location as it is too near to downtown. Good room cleaning and staff service and special thanks to Mr.Mohamed Barman and also to Spa Service . We are planning to come back in next July and this hotel is so recommendable for a business trip.

The facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful, hygienic and clean. Every staff member in the hotel is very enthusiastic. The room is very large and suitable for business travel. If you come to Cairo in the future, you will come to stay again.

The place was very nice, with all its details, the gym, the swimming pool, and the locker, including sauna and steam, and the staff were wonderful.. Hotel service is terrible. No Maintenance since 10 days + they refuses to take my garbage. Last pickup was 4 to 5 days ago. I have a baby and pampers and they do not care. They want me to stick to an cleaning appointment preselected by them. They give me appointments that do not match for me and dont care if it does not work for me as I work etc. and if I ask that just someone comes to take the garbage they say your problem....you had an appointment and missed it and shall wait till next week. So I have now to wait 1 week till someone comes and takes the garbage incl baby diapers. When I say I want to talk to the manager they just hang up and dont care. They receive 20 000 EGP in advance and dont care for anything. Biggest regret. I would like to go but they received my money. Take care before you book a long stay and never book despite through booking and avoid a long stay especially in their apartment. Shame on you to treat a mother with a baby like that.

Everyone had scared us about taking apartment hotel stays in cairo but this was such a pleasant surprise. The staff Moustafa and Mohammed helped us with our bookings and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. The place is in new cairo city which was far from downtown and Giza but it was so easy to get an uber from there and back. The neighbourhood felt very safe even when we came late in the nights. Walking distance from 90 mall.
