The hotel building itself is grand and well decorated with lighting, but rooms are very old, so the fittings in the bathroom are not fully functional and rusted. The rest of the room was extremely spacious and well furnished but the bathroom was very poor.
Service was excellent, staff was very welcoming and available for all help.

Spacious rooms Good ambience Durgesh was very cordial in welcoming and taking care of us . Breakfast spread can still be elaborate Other things are good and room service was quick and the staff very cooperative. Will recommend a stay here next time as well for family and friends

The rooms are very spacious! Services are top class! Really satisfied for this stay! The atmosphere is also very good making the stay for the guests very cozy! The property is also very nice and neat and clean! Early check in and late check out options can also be availed with prior notification and extra charges!

Ac didn't work, a lot of noise due to a wedding function which was going on. Rude staff. Had to switch rooms at 2 am in the morning.

The stay is multi storeyed. Though beautifully built and unique. It can be tiring. Also staff assistance was poor and everything was at an additional cost like bonfire etc. There was no water in morning and no staff coult be found. There is no dormitory for driver.
