Staffs are very good, hotel needs renovations. Location is good, rooms are ok. Food quality and quantity is good.

The room was horrible, it did not even have soap the ac did not work properly, the blanket had weird holes in it (like it was burnt or something) and the staff once informed about that did not care to help with anything

safety not good
hygiene is average
there were no parking
staff were not responsible. Hotel should take care all of this to improve customer satisfaction. Also housekeeping improvement is required for proper care

The room was foul smelling and linen was torn. One of the chairs' legs was broken. I had to ask for an upgrade to a deluxe room and had to pay extra for it. The linen's condition was the same even in deluxe but when requested they have replaced them. Food and services are pretty good.

It took 1 hour to send dining and again ordered tea in eve it took an hour and came up with single tea however we ordered 2
