I've spent many years in India, and this is by far the best place I've ever stayed. I cannot express enough praise and gratitude to the staff here, not only for their professionalism and exceptional level of service but also for their astonishing kindness and understanding. I stayed here for three weeks after my passport and wallet were stolen in Old Delhi. This was a very stressful experience, but all the staff here went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and help in any way they could. A special thanks must go to Abdul, Shibu, and Lekh Raj, but I extend this gratitude to every single member of the staff. I wish I could thank them all by name. They were amazing. The service and hospitality were exceptional, but more than that, everyone was so polite and well-mannered, greeting me with warm smiles at every opportunity. This truly made me feel at home, and I am so grateful to all of them. Losing your passport in Delhi is a horrible experience, but I'm glad it happened for the kindness and generosity I saw in people. I should also mention that the room was fantastic - I don't have a single complaint. It was super comfortable, clean, very well presented with excellent facilities at a very reasonable price. Honestly, I don't think you will find a better room in Delhi. Please do not believe any negative reviews you read about this place - I can only imagine they come from rival establishments. If I could give this place ten stars, I would. I look forward to my next visit and meeting all the amazing staff again. As a final testament to Hotel Mannat, after three weeks of being caught up in a bureaucratic nightmare trying to sort out my paperwork to go home, when it was all finally over, I felt very sad to be leaving. Once again, my eternal gratitude to all the staff. Hope to see you again soon.

Best hotel , friendly staff clean rooms, and washroom are clean, one can reach by walk , It was a good stay. Although it is located near New Delhi Railway Station, the hotel is situated at a place where you can enjoy the peace of mind. Food is good, homely and not expensive.

The *** at the check in counter on reception was unaware of my booking and was rude at check in and made me pay upfront. The photos posted online depict a very clean and modern place but upon entry you notice it is very run down and poorly ***aged. The next day I decided to check out and leave and they started de***ding payment again and when I explained that I already paid they wanted to know too ***y details regarding the same. If you want a peaceful and stress free stay in Delhi I would suggest you stay away from this place and chose a better hostel.
Hotel Delhi Regency

Unfortunately, it's not very clean...lol However, I didn't encounter any cockroaches or other insects, so I think it's fine for a *** traveling alone. The hotel staff are kind. The hotel is located about a 20-30 minute walk from Delhi Station, so I think the location is good. (I didn't meet any foreigners lol) There's a McDonald's nearby, so food is not a problem. There are also a few local restaurants. I think the service is good. I was really surprised when there was a sudden power outage on the first day...lol It was a great memory because it made me think, ”This is India!” lol It was restored in about 15 minutes. There were no amenities other than towels. (It seems that hotels in India don't have blankets, toothbrush sets, etc.) [Summary] It's cheap and recommended for men traveling alone. Women might want to avoid it...lol
