The rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent! the hotel can arrange tours in and around delhi (red fort etc) and in other indian cities too! i will be changing my booking later in my trip, to return to this hotel

I have reserved 2 rooms for my family to stay overnight to catch up our early morning 6am flight. Though i spoke to someone on the phone to inform my arrival at 10pm, upon arrival only one room is available and we had to wait for the second room until 11:15pm. The rooms are below average, several broken things around. In the first room the window ac doesn’t cool the well and the second room ac doesn’t stop at all. It is very noisy with ac and fan, we couldn’t sleep well. The bathroom is very old fashioned, they just put toilet, buckets to fill the water and take the shower. I don’t know how makemytrip got good reviews and ratings on this one, i will never book this hotel again. Don’t fall in love with this one by looking at ratings and unreasonable discount they are offering. It is a trap, this hotel is not good at all if you are going with your family.

Mostly everything was great. The service, room, bedding, comfort and locaction all very good and the food from the buffet at the main restaurant restaurant was outstanding not to mention the service which also was fantastic. The outdoor pool and surrounding area was very clean as was the Gym and the Gym staff very helpful making sure that the Steam-room and/or Sauna were ready after my swim as I’d requested My only (minor) complaints were the products that are supplied for showering and hand washing which are from the Dove brand which personally I don’t care for. The other being the lack of a FREE Shuttle to the airport Regardless I will definitely stay there again on my next trip through Delhi should I again require lodging near the International Airport.

Very warm ambience lively music and lighting the hostess Rainae was professional the staff anant alvin Subhash and brijesh suggested great options from the menu the food was excellent thanks to chef puran and his team. Lived the mocktails too and the Mr Susham was very hospitable

All in all, a great experience! the room was small but perfect for a solo traveler. Most importantly, cleanliness was maintained and i hope the management continues to maintain it. Three choices for breakfast which is served at the dining space near the reception (all good. Location is great as well (as in good connectivity, just about a 2 minute walk from munirka metro station. There's a geyser in every room, so no problems for hot water. Wifi works well with routers on each floor.

Best hotel in kapashera stayed so many times with family. Location is great near to igi airport. Property having own parking. Facilities available like lift, restaurant, wifi, etc. The staff management is wonderful. Very helping. Rooms are very clean and breakfast which was included with my room was worth it as it is delicious. Had a fantastic stay and will do again in future. Accomadations very very reasonably priced and good size rooms.
