The linen, towels and dishes were dirty. There was nothing to wash dishes with and no silverware. There were no receptionist to help

Property was great for our family of 6 for 6 nights.Full kitchen - able to cook and dining table. Felt like home :) Small dishwasher, two bathroom with each private bedroom (no tub but spacious walk in shower). Full size washer and dryer in our room, too!! Beautifully renovated and much charm. Staff was beyond AMAZING and accommodating. First time in NOLA and best part was our accomidations. Staff could be reached by text and was always helpful. Very much recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Everything is totally new, the reception staff are so helpful and the pool area is now so much better than pictured. Currently no bar or restaurant but both already exist and they are just looking for somebody to run them. But there are so many fabulous bars and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect location (11$ Uber to Bourbon Street) and state of the art washer and dryer too. Would 200% recommend. We really enjoyed our stay. Only two small negatives - 30$ per night parking (although we negotiated down to 15$) in a gated lot but there is plenty of street parking so you don't need to pay and the whole complex is non-smoking. Not a big deal. We smokers just need to go outside the grounds onto the street.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff contacted me prior to my arrival, the room was spacious and clean, and the pool was very nice. There are a lot of cafes, bistros, and bars within walking distance along St. Claude Ave. I'd stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was half business and half family trip. The place was very safe gated quiet we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It has such amazing history! We would definitely stay again!

Property was great, loved the pool and hot tub. Check in and out was a breeze.
The place and the neighborhood seemed safe. We walked around in all directions going to different eateries and bars. Overall, we had a great stay.

Résidence en cours d'installations. Les appartements sont top et bien équipés. Pas testé la piscine mais sympa. Pas encore de petit déjeuner mais la salle est en cours d'installation. Demander un appartement côté piscine ou parking car tres bruyant sur l'arrière.
