The shower was a little dirty, but over all great place to stay. Tons of things to do, food shopping. Staff was very nice, we will be staying here in the future.

This is a great home away from home! This is my second time staying here and both stays were awesome. The staff is amazing and very helpful. You will feel the NOLA vibes throughout your stay! I want to send a special message about one of my highlights here. I witnessed firsthand Ms. Miller going above and beyond to serves guest during morning breakfast. She has the patience of Job and she keeps everything clean and ready for hungry guests. Ms. Miller helped one of the senior guest get her coffee with a smile. It was apparent the lady was having trouble and she stepped in and provided excellent service and support. I immediately thanked her for act of kindness! Kindness is a powerful tool.

It was an awesome experience. The staff made sure my stay was comfortable and they great you with a smile everything you walk through their doors. The manager John goes the extra mile to make sure hospitality is paramount at this facility. The building appears fairly new and the upkeep is commendable.

A great place to stay for a business trip. The room was quite large, complete with sitting area, full kitchen, bedroom and dressing area. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing. Ciara checked me in, and had a huge smile throughout the process. I saw her almost every day and that smile was always there. The Manager John was very helpful, especially when I had checked out, and due to power outages, needed to check back in! I definitely want to stay here again when I need to travel back to New Orleans for business.

My stay was due to an unexpected storm. I arrive late evening, Friday, May 17 and was greeted by a wonderful gentleman by the name of John. I was able to secure a very nice room because of him. I ended up staying for another night. He was professional, gracious and considerate. Cierra at the front desk was also professional, very nice and helpful. Room was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. My encounter with the staff and stay at this hotel was what I needed to relax and get through the stress of everything. Susan Cortese McKinney
