Breakfast lovely. Plenty of choice & availability, items restocked frequently. Different juices available too. Freshly baked cookies daily were amazing, cooked to perfection! Staff very friendly & helpful.

Love NOLA and love this hotel. With a few upgrades this could be a hotbed for visitors.

Great location only minutes walking distance to the cruise port/outlet mall and is across the street from the streetcar/trolley line, and only a block from the WW2 museum. From here you can go anywhere in the city that you need. No pool but we don’t swim a whole lot so it’s not an issue. Staff was super helpful with an issue with our room and allowed us to check in early. Will gladly recommend this to anyone and will probably use it again next time we visit New Orleans.

It’s a bit far from convention center but walkable

Rooms are little small but cozy and staff treated me good!

Good hotel/ location

The hotel is in a great location, next to the World War II Museum and close to the venue, within walking distance. I booked a standard room and was given a bunk bed when I checked in. Although it was not very convenient, the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel provides luggage storage and the service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. I was happy to check in.

The room was clean and tidy, and there was free breakfast. Next to it are the Museum of Southern Art, the Civil War Museum, and the World War II Museum.

We are very pleased Clean, great room, looks new However, the food is very low level, there are no fruits and vegetables, you eat with plastic cutlery

Front desk service is poor

old and shabby. Small, the garbage among the garbage, whoever lives and who takes medicine, is poor. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Extremely bad
