The location was perfect, so close to the French Quarter, great food, and the water. Great welcoming service started when we arrived in the rental car. Bell hop was very attentive and full of answers for our questions of the area. We visited the pool and it was nicely arranged with several seating options. We did not order food but it was available along with your choice of beverage. Service at the pool was very friendly. We were also visited at our room asking if we need any water, room service, or anything else. We did use the concierge for dinner suggestions, and the food was great! The Windsor
Court Hotel does offer a few restaurant choices however being in New Orleans for one night we wanted to experience its culture.

The Windsor Court is the most impressive hotel I ever stayed in. Everything is outstanding: The location. The greeting. The checkin experience. The paintings everywhere. The room. The View. The food. The Staff. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Make no mistake the hotel is wonderful from a perspective of rooms, customer service and overall ambience. However, there is one annoying aspect that seems endemic in today's restaurants and cocktail lounges. They used to serve drinks in the lovely lobby setting , but they now steer you to the lounge on the second floor. The problem is the awful noise generated by a piano player that starts his ham handed playing at 5:30 and doesn't quit until 8:30-9:00. He literally bags on the piano and it is virtually impossible to have any conversation unless you raise your voice to near shouting levels. It is my understanding that we were not the first to complain of this awful racket. This is typical; of a place that hasn't decided whether it's a rowdy Bourbon street bar or a sophisticated cocktail lounge in a high end hotel. I know some will disagree, but your ears will be the decider here. As for us long time patrons we will consider other alternatives when we are in the area again.

We love Pablo! We literally stay here because of him. He is the nicest front desk person who has always made our stay a wonderful one. He has always gone out of his way to assist us. He is a true asset to Windsor court. We have never had a bad experience here at this hotel. Everyone is so nice from the valet and bellman to the housekeeping staff. No request is too small or large and it truly is my “happy place.”

Simply put, there is really no comparison. The Windsor Court has the best location, best staff, best facility - it’s the whole experience. Once you enter the courtyard, it feels safe and secluded despite being in the middle of downtown. You can easily walk to the French Quarter, river or Warehouse District. The valet team might be the best I’ve ever seen in any location. And, of course, the rooms are huge and very comfortable. The Polo Lounge on the second floor remains one of my favorite places to relax after a long day. There’s just nothing like the Windsor Court.

The Windsor Court is my favorite hotel anywhere – especially in NOLA! The location, staff, suite layout, amenities, doormen, Club Floor lounge, lounge staff, and food/drinks are top notch! Every staff member greets you with a smile and kind word. We stayed recently for four nights in a Club Premium Suite to celebrate a birthday. We arrived back in the room one night to find champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a birthday card! The view from our balcony allowed us to watch the boat traffic on the Mississippi River. This was our 5th stay over many years and it is always perfect. A special shout out to Megan Uram Plauche. Also, a big thank you to Christopher and Marissa in the Club Lounge for their exceptional service and warm and caring hospitality. Extra special thank you to Kaomi in the Club Lounge for making the best Kahula Mud Slide I have ever had! The area is very walkable. ****** across the side street, Mother’s (NOLA local food) a few blocks away, the best charbroiled oysters at Dragos in the Hilton nearby. Easy walk to the WW2 Museum – highly recommend the Beyond All Borders movie. Close to the River Walk and Shops and of course Café du Monde. Also, highly recommend Mansion's Luxury Car Service for airport transfers. Can’t wait to come back!

This is one of the nicest, friendliest, most perfectly located hotels I've stayed at. Additionally, I ended up delayed in my return home as a result of sudden tornados in New Orleans. The team at The Windsor Court arranged for me to return from ten hours at the airport for an additional night without question. They welcomed a very weary traveler with open arms. I won't stay anywhere else when I am in New Orleans again and I will look for iPreferred Hotels when booking further travel.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in, and that is saying a lot. We spent a week in a deluxe suite, and everything about the room, and the hotel, was beautiful. Loved the paintings throughout the common areas. But the best thing was the staff; the service was truly world-class. At the beautiful pool, the spa, the restaurants, the front desk, the staff were all top notch. At this point we are looking for great experiences and this hotel was a home run.

This is the place to stay in New Orleans - when you want top class and none of the trash that can fall at your feet in NOLA. I love this town and I love this hotel - the service is amazing - they know your name and treat you like friends. The bar is a must - polo lounge with piano on some nights. Can’t wait to go back again.
