The best hotel I’ve stayed in it’s my favorite hotel in New Orleans rooms are so amazing breakfast amazing and staff were amazing!

We were unable to come snd had no way to contact you! All the confirmation e-mails dropped off my phone and couldn’t remember where it was booked., here’s hopping you can gives us a break on the cost of the trip. So sorry for the mixup . . My experience at the hotel was great.. Check in was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast during Covid is trash so I advise eat at a restaurant.. Besides breakfast everything was great!!!

The Hyatt House Hotel is very close to the French Quarter. The Carnival float parade also passes through the street in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants and large supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and the breakfast is very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

The service is very good, and it is quite safe in New Orleans, which is relatively poor.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a variety for breakfast. Their pool was closed for the season and I was not aware of that. But I still had a pleasant stay.

Customer service is great. It is attached to Hyatt Regency, which is convenient. Breakfast is really good.

We were arrived almost midnight and the clerk at check in was very friendly but fast , asked her not to put us on the 13th floor and she gave us highhet floor and nice view. I think her name is kailya, she’s super nice and professional!

It would have been nice of the check in staff to let us know the pool was down. Even the sheet with all the information didn't say pool closed. Otherwise a clean place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt House. We were there for a full week. We were so happy to sit at the H Bar in the evening after a full day. Julio Guzman is a gem for this business. What great service. I highly recommend staying here. Everyone was so friendly. This is an easily accessible area for walking or taking a cab or uber.

Stayed here for 5 nights, got an upgrade to a suite on check in. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was plentiful and lots to choose from.

Hyatt House is the place to stay when you visit New Orleans. Beautiful clean hotel and the complimentary breakfast was lovely. Warm and helpful staff and it truly felt like home away from home.
