The location of the hotel is good, very close to the French Quarter, just a few minutes' walk away. The disadvantage is that parking is very expensive, 45 dollars a day, plus 50+ tax. It hurts to park at 102 dollars for two days.

The entire place is filthy. No housekeeping, Didn't have toilet paper, towels, etc for four days. Breakfast was burned and very little to choose from. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I never realized a room could be so small. I understand that they offer larger rooms, but they weren’t available when we booked.
Service at breakfast was super good, but no one at a front desk, during all of my stay.

Out of a seven day stay we only received one room cleaning. I will say that when we called for extra towels and pillows we did receive our order quite quickly so they were efficient that way, but I would’ve liked my room clean more days..

It was the worst Homewood Suites we have ever stayed in. Wasn't told about $54.00 a night parking until we checked in. Said there was a balcony and there wasn't which was a good thing considering all the bums laying on the street right in front of us and all the trash on the sidewalks and streets. Very disappointed . Faye
