Hotels near Tiong-hô Presbyterian Church, New Taipei City

The layout and service of the entire hotel are very good. It's also very close to the interchange. It's very quiet at night. I like the reading chair and the warm electric lights. It's just right for a person.

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

The gym was well-equipped with modern machines, clean, and spacious enough for a comfortable workout. The staff was also attentive and ensured everything was in top condition. Took my 8months old son and wife for a staycation, what we really here for is the 32F infinity pool. We booked the hotel for 2nights, The weather for these past three days are all above 24degreeC. However, the pool is freezing cold! We thought the hotel like this will use warm water, instead the opposite. 飯店居然沒提供溫水池，居然是冰水！ 中午來，室外接近30度C 水溫一樣太過低！根本沒人在用泳池，大人都無法承受的溫度 何況是小孩。如果是因為泳池想來訂房 建議等夏天再訂吧。夏天以外的時間入住 根本沒機會能用到泳池，超不推薦！還有 因為帶小孩推嬰兒車 電梯也只有一台能上頂樓， 等電梯時間都非常久。 （自己覺得員工都蠻冷漠的 不太會主動和客人打招呼）

I extended my stay with help of reception, they were very helpful. They do room cleaning every two days, the room was very clean and confortable. There’re also plenty shops in vicinity, great community. (Maybe next time I’ll try the breakfast!)

The hotel is very clean and modern. The service is very good. The view is also nice. There have a service onsen on the 17th floor which is very convenient and clean. The location is a little bit far from the Metro take about 10 min to walk but they also have a bus stop in front of the hotel

High cost performance, convenient transportation, buses and MRT are within walking distance. There are many delicious food around the hotel. There are many kinds of local snacks that are cheap and delicious. The hotel is large, clean and comfortable. The environmentally friendly hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. There is a water dispenser in the corridor. I will stay here next time I come nearby.

Great stay. Very new. Helpful staff. Free parking. Felt like it was better than Grand Hyatt at a better price point. We ended up liking it so much we stayed there for 2wks! Perfect location too, next to very large mall with lots of food and indoor playground for kid.

Excellent stay in this hotel. Though it's not in Taipei City - It's located in Luzhou New Taipei, very convenient to travel around because there is an MRT on the ground floor. Shops and restaurants in the same building. The hotel itself is quiet, spacious and very clean. There is a laundry on the 8th floor with free laundry detergent. They clean the room everyday, and supply water and snacks for free. The toilet and bathroom are separate - the heated bidet is a bonus as well. We will definitely stay here again if in Taiwan.

Location is convenient and directly opposite linkou’s train station. Minimal lugging of luggage and mostly flat terrain which is great news for travelers. Price is definitely reasonable considering the size of room and location. Mins walk to one of their outlet malls though I would recommend Gloria outlets instead. Loved their room and the cleanliness of it too. Would suggest and consider them again if I ever stay around taoyuan again. Staff was friendly too and approachable so do ask them for food and places of interest or even to book cabs from their hotels. Breakfast spread was pretty decent too!
