There seems to be a new practice in tourist hotels to hold ridiculous amounts for incidentals. At this hotel it is 50$ which I understand goes towards their cash flow needs (since the money is taken out of my account) and was justified by incidentals such as bags of chips and phone charges (phone charges ? in 2024 ?). I am not happy about that, nor about the fact that the gym is super-small and with one treadmill only, that was out of service. Still the hotel gets 3 star because the location is excellent just across the road from the Faunces Tavern, the bed was comfortable and the shower in good order, and the breakfast was yummy and free.

The WiFi doesn't work in the room, only on the lobby. They made us call AT&T directly, spent 20 minutes on the phone and they we're unable to fix the WiFi issue. So we didn't have WiFi while we stayed there. The thermostat didn't work. We were freezing and had to turn it off and slept with coats and gloves. The pillows are flat and make your neck hurt. I had to use a folded bath towel as a pillow. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

This was a good NY trip. The hotel rooms have 2 Queen beds, which is not always available in NY. The hotel staff were were very pleasant, and seemed to be family run. Breakfast was above average. Location was excellent. 2 mins walk to South street seaport restaurants. 10 min walk to Freedom tower. We had stayed in hotels in mid- town before….. this is far superior.

No microwave, no refrigerator, only one elevator, small rooms, poor communication and the building is dated. I found out about the gym only because I wentt to get ice in the basement. Its not worth the price they charge. I will not stay there again.

This hotel is in a very good location. Staff is friendly, sikliny, helpful and kind. Especially the front office. I can only reccomend. Breakfast offer is not that big, but you can still select eggs, some sausage, pastry, porridge, juices, fruits so for a couple days it is very sufficient :) Thank you very much :)

Bien situé, à proximité de 2 stations de métro et à proximité du pont de Brooklyn et de World Trade Centre. Un personnel agréable et disponible. A disposition en continu: thé, café et chocolat à la réception. A noter, le ménage est fait sur demande ou au bout de 5 jours

Complessivamente abbastanza soddisfatta con aspetti da migliorare. Pulizia camera da migliorare e un po' piccola per 4. Sala colazione piccola per la capienza degli ospiti dell'hotel. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ottima posizione vicino a due fermate di metro.

Struttura forse un po' da rimodernare, ma comunque funzionale, buona per esplorare la zona di Wall Street, One World Observatory, vicinissimo al ponte di Brooklyn, colazione discreta, anche se la sala è un po' piccolina, comunque non ho mai avuto problemi a trovar posto, personale gentilissimo

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but that was expected so no surprise there. The breakfast room was a bit small and crowded. The food was typical breakfast fare for a Hampton Inn (waffles, breads, eggs, sausage, yogurt). I've stayed before and will stay again.
