The lobby, restaurant, staff and service were all great. The rooms are very small with very little storage and an area to hang clothes. I guess this is common for hotels in NY where space is at a premium. We were not in the room very much so it was not a major issue.

The hotel is a fun place to stay. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed although a little on a small side that’s my only downside. All in all highly recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly during my stay. They recommended me some vegan options nearby, and also pointed me towards a corner store where I could get a new phone charger. The downstairs area was quite busy, but I could see why. The cafe/bar was a great hangout. The room was rather small with the large bed taking up most of the space, and my shower was very leaky on the floor, but otherwise a very pleasant stay. There was also a Memorial Day block party going on outside all day until 9pm, that was very loud from my room, but I don't blame that on the hotel. The view of Manhattan from my room was spectacular, and I could walk to so many spots nearby.
