Very professional staff, they helped accommodate my early checkin and overall a very smooth process with sick views of Brooklyn. Loved it!

Front desk staff were wonderful. The area around the hotel was great, nice parks and great restaurants. Room was cute although not completely clean, no garbage can. Parking garage was full next door which made things a bit complicated. Unfortunately the pool area and restaurant were not open during our stay.

After staying there, I understand why there were more photos of the newly renovated pool than the actual hotel rooms. Inside the rooms, there were no hand towels or bath mat for floor, only 2 small bath towels and two washcloths, both of which were located in the closet, not even bathroom. There was not even a luggage rack provided. The desk was squished infront of the bed, and you couldnt fit your legs under the desk when sitting in the chair. There was also no trash can provided in the bedroom, only the bathroom. All of this would've been reasonable had the price been in line with the details. Looking around at other hotels in the area that are much nicer, and actually cheaper, blew my mind. There is no reason this hotel should be priced at $500+ a night. Additionally, our King room wasn't ready when we checked in so they offered a Queen room that was only $10 cheaper. Overall, would not stay here again and was very disappointed how much money I spent for what I received.

Augusto and Weronika were great and made our pool experience over the top! They were friendly and positive, which makes huge difference. Augusto was so helpful in suggestion on places to go in the city. We will be back for great amenities and customer service.

Stayed at this boutique hotel for one night, to treat myself to some R&R. The staff were very nice upon checking-in. Some of the guests were a little rude, but the staff always kept a smile. I booked a queen size room with a balcony (room 402). I could’ve done without the balcony, since it’s facing the street and park across the street. Definitely not the view I was imagining. I think that the rooms with a balcony face the street and maybe the penthouse faces the pool, but I didn’t confirm. At night time you can hear all of the noise coming from the street at night. I would ask for an interior room if I stayed here again. I took full advantage of the pool area and their amenities. I ordered lunch poolside. The tacos and chips and guacamole were really good. I’d stay here again when there is a good deal. I do find the price point a little high for the room itself.

Officially a NY favourite! Williamsburg is one of my favourite areas in NY and what makes Coda particularly special is that it's across the road from McCarren Park yet right next to Bedford Ave, Berry St, Whyte St, Kent St, the river and Greenpoint as well as being close to the L and G trains (1 stop to Manhattan). My favourite cafes (Bakerie & Upstate Stock) as well as favourite restaurant (Rule of Thirds, Samurai Mama and Ja Ja) were just a couple of blocks away :) It's really ticking all the boxes in terms of location and it's quiet so guaranteed a good nights sleep. I love how discreet it is from the street and you would never expect a lux pool area at the back with heaps of sun and vibe. Augusto at the front desk was incredible, very attentive, helpful and available. The hospitality really made the stay even more comfortable. I also loved the ambiance and art, the attention to detail was noticed (ie coffee available for guests any time). I actually ended up returning to Coda a couple of weeks later and got to experience 2 different rooms, both were spacious and good quality beds (as mentioned early, best sleeps). Overall, a top shelf stay and will return 100%

Hotel location is brilliant but it stops at that. On arrival the downstairs bar was so loud we heard it in the room on the 4th floor. Room was very small, patio door lock was missing and dead bolt insecure so after not sleeping the first night i placed the chair and my suitcase in front of it. Wardrobe had 4 coat hangers for 2 people staying 3 nights so lived out of suitcases as nothing apart from coats hung up. Worst thing was bathroom ... sink was cracked and there was no where to put anything not even tooth paste. The shower flowed over the ridge onto the main floor so we rolled up the bath mat and used it as a barrier. When i got out the bathroom and walked to the bed my feet were covered in fluff and dirt so back I went to rewash them. The pool advertised did not open till the 16th May and neither did the rooftop bar area so clised during our stay. I did inform the reception about the issues and she said I wont charge resort fees .. which on checking is still pending on the card. Having stayed in New York many times (our son lives here) I have stsyed in cheaper hotels with a better outcome. The cost, facilites and rating of this hotel is overestimated and I would not recommend stsying here as you will be, as I was, dissatisfied. Have tried to add photos but wont accept them.
