My partner and I visited here for our honeymoon, I didn’t specifically mention this to the hotel but a friend must’ve emailed on my behalf. We got chocolates and a top floor room with an amazing view! My partner and I could not believe the view. This hotel is a great choice for anyone, spacious rooms with the mini fridge restocked daily (complimentary) with cold drinks. The rooms have AC which works fantastically, the beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are modern and clean. Anyone who claims the rooms are too small are wrong - especially considering this is a city hotel - we had plenty of room for our luggage and clothes (and I overpack!). The employees were all friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed visiting the restaurant for cocktails after a busy, hot day in the city too. We would definitely return to this hotel if we visited New York City again, such good value for money. My only feedback would be some snacks would be nice in the mini bar (I understand these would not be complimentary, but everyone loves a late night snack). My only negative was upon checkout we asked for a printed version of our bill, which was not given to us, the female receptionist wasn’t helpful and didn’t tell us what charges are on our room, the only employee we didn’t find overly friendly - considering we’re from the UK contacting INNside would’ve been challenging to sort out an incorrect charge. I’d had stood there and waited asking again but our transfer was outside - she didn’t even say ‘bye’ or ‘have a good journey’ just stated I’d get an email copy. However, it did not cloud our 5* Review Other than that I cannot recommend enough.

The hotel is lively and the rooms clean and perfectly equipped. Also, I would like to share a special thanks to one of the front office receptionists, Julio, he was so kind and helpful and was able to fix all the problems I had effectively and with a smile :)

My main complaint is soundproofing. I expected it would be better considering the building is new.

Very nice check in and checkout experience, upgraded to higher floor and extended checkout time to 2pm. One thing a bit annoying is ******* did not mention there is a resort fee at the hotel which is 45 dollars. On top of the prepaid amount.
