Nice hotel for airport sleeping. You can take a transfer that can be contracted via a phone (pics)on the car rental area (and other areas). You don't speak English? Oh, quite a problem. But they are kind and if you try in English it should be ok. Nice buffet breakfast. A bus stop is just in front of the hotel for going to Jamaica area or other areas.

Hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t stable. Hotel breakfast didn’t have much options. Hardly any options for the breakfast.
Every time we had to wait for such a long time for the lifts. The rooms and bathrooms are too small.

very close to JFK with shuttle service...a major plus! Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient . Breakfast was very good.

Since I had an early morning flight, I chose this hotel near the airport. There are no restaurants nearby, so I recommend buying some before arriving at the hotel. There were snacks available.
First of all, the receptionist had a bad attitude. They were rude and didn't seem to care. In the end, they didn't know what they were asking. It was awful.
When I entered the room, the trash bin still had the previous person's trash in it. Also, since it was near the airport, the noise was terrible. Even in the middle of the night, you could hear the sound of airplanes. My room was on the first floor, but when I opened the window, I was right on the road. I heard some yelling, so it must have been some kind of car trouble, and it was a little scary.
However, the shuttle bus driver was nice.

Check-in was very smooth, the room was very clean and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of options and I looked forward to it every morning. The bus stopped right in front of the hotel, so I could get around quickly and it was easy to access tourist spots.
