The staff was very polite. The room was clean and it was very convenient because it was very close to the airport. However, when I checked in late at night, the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was fully booked and I couldn't use it, which was a bit disappointing.

I arrived late in the evening to JFK and took an age to get through HS, finally exiting the airport at around 1 am. I called the hotel for transport but was told it only ran until 11pm. However, the description suggested that although the shuttle bus finished at 11pm, transfer to the hotel was available 24hrs by calling them. This is the reason I booked this hotel. A single female arriving in NYC in the middle of the night. So I then had to fork out $30 for a taxi. The room was adequate with a view overlooking the airport refuse depot. It ok to put my head down for the night but not great.

It's a domestic convenient hotel with a decent breakfast. We came out of T8 and followed the signs for the hotel shuttle bus. We took the air train and took the outer circle one stop to federal circle, where we got off and arrived at the hotel shuttle bus waiting point. The free shuttle will have a hotel sign, so don't forget to tip the driver when you get off.
