This is the second time I booked this hotel. The room is clean but a little small. The transportation is convenient. There are several subways nearby. There are many restaurants. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is convenient for ordering. There are also Macy's, Trader Joe's and Target next to the hotel.

The wifi quality is very poor and often cannot be connected. I complained several times during my four-day stay but it was not resolved.

I booked a balcony room and was moved to a suite as they had oversold the balcony rooms. Suite was clean and accomodating. I would say the bathroom may need attention as there was mold near the shower and the toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. Other than that, loved the size and welcoming feel of the suite.

I booked this hotel for the convenience of traveling. The hotel has been renovated for a long time, the facilities are also correspondingly old, the sound insulation effect is poor, the bedding is ok, and the front desk is polite and thoughtful.
