This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near.
However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier.
Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

Was able to check in early which was great after a long flight from uk. Room had everything we needed included toiletries, hairdryer, safe, fridge and coffee machine. Also had a clothes steamer although was unsure how to use this. Bathroom was lovely and bed was comfy. Room had a/c .Hotel was a short walk from the subway and lots of eateries by the hotel. Deli’s and restaurants. Walking distance to the water(pier 11, 17 and Staten Island ferry). We were also able to leave luggage after check out. This was securely stored using a ticket system. There was no charge for this. Room deposit refunded same day as check out. We loved our stay.

The room was spacious enough for New York, and the floor was wooden except for the bed area, which was nice. The staff was friendly, and the location was right in front of One World, so it was perfect for traveling downtown.

It is the first time that we find a hotel room where the TV is bigger than the closet. Perhaps the hotel's policy is to set up the rooms differently depending on the season: large TV and small wardrobe during the warm season and small TV and large wardrobe during the winter season? Amazing! Considering that the space in the closet is only 23 inches (60cm) the suitcases cannot be emptied and must find a place around the bed in order to be opened. The positive consequence is that moving around the room helps to learn the Sirtaki dance steps: 4 steps on the side and two steps forward. The size of the bathroom is inconsistent with that of the room. The bathroom, in fact, is surprisingly large. The drains, on the other hand, are consistent with the narrowness of the room, in fact as soon as we arrived in the room we found the drains clogged (promptly purged by the hotel's ”specialist technician”). The air conditioning, turned on by default, reminds us of a subway station: the same movement of air and above all the same noise when the subway cars arrive. The same ”specialised technician” then intervened to activate the futuristic air conditioning control unit where, by going through labyrinthine menus, submenus and sub-submenus, in the end he was able to access the on/off disclaimer. Unfortunately the instruction manual for this control unit is not available in the room consequently we have replaced that bizarre electronic panel with that archaic tool called ”window” where with a marvelous handle one is able to change the air in the room. The operation of this tool is friendly enough that it does not need an instruction manual. The room is also equipped with a large screen through which at night you can watch the silhouette puppet show. The screen is the dividing wall between the bedroom and the bathroom built in opaque glass. It is enough to go to the bathroom and turn on the light, whoever is on the bed can enjoy the exhibition, free of charge. The restaurant is quite good and the prices are ok.

We chose the hotel for the second time this year, and it did not disappoint. We received the same attentiveness and carefree rest as the first time. Maintenance and renovation also took place in the time between the two occasions, which I can confirm, as we requested and received the same room both times, which we were pleased with. We almost came home, we felt at home. The staff is wonderful, conscientious, self-sacrificing. They are extremely attentive, we asked for and received a refrigerator and microwave. We love its location, its surroundings are calm, safe and spacious. Shopping and transportation options are easy to solve, with Hudson Jersey in the background it's beautiful. Thank you for letting us spend Christmas with you, we already want to go back! Grateful thanks!

To begin with, I must stress that we only used our room, and spoke to staff on the reception area. I’ve no idea on the quality of the rooftop bar nor restaurant at the hotel. Location: We booked knowing that this was in the Financial district, but I was elated with the location. We got the air-train & subway from JFK and the hotel is just a few blocks from Fulton Street Subway station. I am a quick walker, and found that the World Trade Center was only 5 minutes from the hotel, the same with Wall Street / the waterfront which was a great location to me. There were plenty of shops / restaurants / etc. in the area (where doesn’t have that in NYC?). There was construction work taking place across the street from the hotel entrance, but never any issues with traffic or noise. Reception / Staff: We arrived in the evening on a Wednesday and the staff on reception were really welcoming as we were checking in. They were taking the time to say hello to returning guests as they came through the lobby. We experienced this ourselves whenever we returned to the hotel. It may be a small thing, but it showed good customer service to me. Room: A lot of rooms in NYC are “small” when compared to counterparts in other cities so I never expect masses of space. I was happy with the size of our room when we arrived. We were on the 21st floor, and our room was on the corner overlooking the front of the building and the construction site across the street. There was small walkway between the door to the room and the bedroom. 2 of us stayed there with 2 cases and we found enough room to move around. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked. We had a coffee machine and bottled water given to us for drinking. The bathroom had a shower & toiletries, and it was clear everything was clean. When I'm back in NYC, I'd happily stay here again!

We stayed here for a 6 night family vacation. Check in was quick and practical. All staff in this hotel were very friendly - extra kudos to the people working the breakfast area! We were upgraded to a bigger family room than we booked, with a queen beds, a separate sitting area with TV and a separate kitchen - on the 12th floor. Very spacious accommodation. Everything was clean, although you can see these rooms get used a lot. Plenty of power outlets to charge your devices, decent WiFi. The only thing we missed is more facilities to dry your towels, we had to hang them all over the apartment to dry. Breakfast was a bit basic with a lot of prepackaged stuff and no bacon for the entire week we were staying there (not that we really missed it, but it's strange nonetheless). I also wonder who ever eats scrambled egg whites? But that might be us :-) Excellent location in lower Manhattan with metro and plenty of shops close by. The entrance of the hotel is in Maiden Ln, not on Broadway however. Walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, WallStreet, Battery Park, 9-11 memorial.

We just completed a quick one-night stay for a concert at Pier 17's rooftop stage (Blondie - Deborah Harry can still rock the house at age 77!). We arrived via ferry from the Highlands in NJ (excellent way to travel, the views are amazing.) The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Using the chat feature on the Bonvoy app, I requested an upgrade to a riverview room from the standard room on points I booked and an earlier check-in (1:30 PM). They immediately updated my room type on the app and there were no issues checking in early. We had a nice view of the East River. The room was your typical small NYC size, but very functional. Everything was spotless, with plenty of towels, etc. in the bathroom. There were 4 small bottles of water in the mini fridge, which was a nice touch. We took the $20 food and beverage credit as my Titanum welcome gift, in lieu of the 500 points, thinking we would have breakfast at the hotel. That was the only miss-step we had - the breakfast was overpriced at $25 per person. There was a small buffet (oatmeal, scones, croissants, meats and cheeses, bread, fruit, and glasses half-filled with vogurt - with most of it practically empty) and you could get one egg dish cooked to order. The eggs came with nothing else on the plate. They discounted the buffet to $20 each for my status and then we got the additional $20 off - so the bill was $20. If we stay there again, I'll probably use the $20 in the market and eat breakfast elsewhere. All in all, we found it highly convenient for what we were in town to do. I would definitely stay there again if going to a show at Pier 17 and/or arriving by ferry.

• Super beautiful hotel, the stairs are very special, suitable for taking photos and punching ~ but it is not allowed to take special professional photography equipment to shoot.
• The environment is quiet. This is rare in New York and it is a safe place in Manhattan. Convenient

AAdam RWe had a very nice stay. The staff are very helpful and considerate, and the room was comfortable and clean. Only drawback was the construction work going on all day, every day, next door which made the whole area noisy. But then again, no one should expect a quiet vacation in NYC!

VvickyVery good room, big. Reasonable layout. You can see the scenery of the bay downstairs from the gap between the buildings. We saw a beautiful sunset from our position. The location is also relatively good. It takes a few minutes to walk to Wall Street. There are many American simple meals downstairs. It is very convenient to take a boat to see the goddess of Journey to the West. There are several subway lines in New York with entrances and exits nearby. Very satisfied 👍

Very Good
Excellent location and a great place to stay! The apartment is clean, modern and very spacious! We were skeptical at first with the app-based service but wow, the app is actually decent. We’ve got an instant reply 24/7 - no issue. Wi-Fi works well. Most reviews mentioned about the loud noise outside the apartment. The construction still going on during our stay but but we find it normal in NYC and it doesn’t bother our sleep. One thing though is that there’s no live TV here but you can login to your TV streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. We had an amazing time staying there and will definitely return.

GGuest UserThere are free unlimited coffee and hot water refills in the hotel lobby. The buffet breakfast has too few varieties. The room is small and simple. It doesn't feel that it can match the room rate I paid. Maybe this is also the case on this prime road. It is convenient to travel. The Brooklyn Bridge is on the left when you go out. Turn right when you go out and walk for ten minutes to the Tongniu, 911 Site, World Trade Center, Statue of Liberty Pier, and the 1.2.3.4.5 subway station is convenient.

GGuest UserIt was a great stay! Monica went above and beyond to provide us the best service possible. She is very welcoming and helped us with our every needs. Whether it was replacing a new card or pointing us in the right direction or even just welcoming us back to the hotel after a long rainy day. You can count on that we will definitely rebook as long as Monica is still there!

Mmomo JThe location is really good, relatively close to the Brooklyn Bridge and Wall Street. But the room is small and the facilities are outdated. The air conditioner in the room I live in doesn't work well. There are dirty debris under the glass plate of the table. The window faces a white wall. I want to change to a room with a better view, but the room is full. Stayed during the New Year's Eve, there were a lot of people eating breakfast, there were no seats, you can take it back to your room for breakfast, 6:30-9:00. It's hard to describe a 2,000 RMB hotel. I'm quite disappointed with American hotels.

GGuest UserMainly because it is in a place where land is at a premium, it is very crowded, the room is very old, surrounded by buildings, and the lighting is not good. There is a Shaanxi noodle restaurant downstairs which is quite good.
