Travel Williams and Quiana customer service was extremely professional. They went out of there way to help me with my accommodation. Couldn't ask for more experienced staff. They were amazing and quick to help me with any thing I needed. The hotel is well kept and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This review is intended for management. On August 24, my husband who is a Hilton rewards member, which is part of the Hampton chain tried to book a room. First their website wasn't working because it wouldn't accept the date he entered. Then he called the provided help number and received horrible customer service from a representative who had some difficulty with English, kept trying to book the wrong hotel, the wrong dates and needed retraining at the highest level. Finally he cancelled trying to book and we stayed at a Fairfield Inn and suites instead. If your website isn't working, which happens, at least have a pleasant person available to assist.

No extra pillows available for the sofa bed we needed in the room. No shower gel, lotion, shampoo or conditioner available. We didn’t even have bar soap to wash our hands. All the bottles were empty or almost empty. Staff was friendly though.

Breakfast was horrible. White sausage patties that looked raw. The tooster didn't toost the bagels. After 5 minutes we gabe up. I asked for an extra blanket but instead received 2 king size fitted sheets. No safes in the room.

Easy to park, get settled but my only complaint is cleanliness. The bathroom for me was the worst part more attention to toilet and tubs. My mother apparently had ants the room down from me. Cleanliness is my only complaint. The breakfast was good.
