The location of hotel is nearby the city centre so it is good for visitors. The breakfast was provided by inn was simple but it is very good for visitors to take away for travelling.

Everything was great . The location was very far from the train Station.

Great facility and good for family. Very convenient and affordable

The room is clean and tidy, but the sofa is a bite dirty. Take away breakfast is great.

The overall place was nice, neat and clean. Location wise it was ideal however the towels provided had holes in them. It would be really nice if they provided facilities to refill water bottles with filtered drinking water instead of filling our bottles from the washroom tap!

Lovely hotel for the price I paid, really up the hill so recommendation to take a taxi.

Great place to stay, staff very helpful and close to all the local amenitie.

The hotel is in an ideal situation if you are heading to the arena. The room was clean and warm with more facilities than we were expecting, considering the price of the room 🙂

The place is getting a bit dated but the room was clean, the shower hot and powerful and staff very friendly and helpful. For the price I would highly recommend.

The attitude of the front desk staff is not good; the most incomprehensible thing is the so-called "breakfast included": a small bag of breakfast, which contains a very small bread, a pear the size of an egg, and a small package of drinks. It is not enough to eat! And it is not possible to choose "no breakfast" when booking!

Just back yesterday from a 3 night stay , our wedding was Friday 16th sept and can I just say the rooms in was absolutely amazing from the cracking room we had to the bottle of fizz we got , we have visited here a few times now , it’s our go to place and everytime we came the service has been spot on but this weekend in particular it was out standing , massive shout out to Leanne who went above and beyond to making our day go perfectly from running up 3 flights of stairs cos I had forgotton my flowers to giving me a much needed hug when I got a bit emotional , she really is a credit to your company, always happy always cheerful and always wanting the best for the guests xx

We arrived early and checked car in for free parking which is a bonus. When we checked in later paid our £20  deposit which hotel had informed us was their policy Room was spacious clean and well equipped with a fan and iron ,plenty of towels and toiletries even supplied with bottles of water breakfast bag in morning was ok All staff friendly and helpful Clean towels and coffee and water replenished daily would stay here again if visiting Newcastle as it's only a short walk to city centre

As the advert says (feels like home).spent so long here and now im back.great rooms an good staff.and expertly looked after by the lovly leanne.ten min walk city centre close to everything good place to stay..
