Hampton Inn and Suites Newport/Cincinnati

Hotel was really nice but our trash was not taken out when we got there. It had beer cans and stuff in it. Luckily we stepped out our room and there was housekeeping who let us dump it out! Otherwise room was good. Pool was very cold.. It is winter and I expect for the pool area to be a little warmer in the winter! Just warming that water a little bit really could have added to the experience. Staff was very helpful but also saw a couple employees in not professional outfits (PJ’s). Breakfast was ok. There were few options but only meat available was ham and who really wants ham! Price paid was low enough to over look these things but also there is room for improvement! It is a great hotel next to the aquarium and really should be stepping up the game!

Great view and great location, especially if you want to attend a Cincinnati Reds game. The hotel is within an easy drive or walk to several good restaurants. It is within a walkable distance to the Purple People bridge. We had a city view room and the view was excellent. While there we also went to the Cincinnati Zoo which was an easy drive from the hotel.

Stay away they will rip you off and service is terrible. On-site Manager Lauren is rude. I booked 2.5 months in advance, was charged and paid in full at booking for suite room. Was given a regular less expensive room and Lauren refused to give room I booked saying it was ******* fault even though ******* and Hilton corporate confirmed the room I booked was the suite. Hilton should be assumed to have this Hotel in their portfolio.

We were only in town for 2 days but our stay was very enjoyable. Very clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. It was writhing walking distance to some great areas, including transportation into Cincinnati. We even walked the bridge over and loved it. Would come back anytime.

Great place to stay for the game. The breakfast was boring . No options at all . No bananas , no almond milk , no yogurt and the staff had no patience
