Wow!! Im a bit late leaving this review but honestly wow! This place is amazing. I've visited Newquay loads in the past but never visited this place. Aaron the owner is the friendliest nicest guy you could ever meet. The rooms are spotless & the views are outstanding. Never have I felt so welcome when staying at a hotel in my life. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Just the best break Aaron and his wife and family are amazing hosts. Just try it if you get the chance it’s such a destress and lots of great food conversations and belly laughs 👍 be back later in the year to sample some more Botham Rose 💯🥰👌🏝️🥊

We have just returned from Newquay with our friends for my 60th Birthday. From the moment we arrived we found the staff extremely friendly & welcoming. The room was clean & comfortable, hot shower, clean towels, tea & coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable. The views of the harbour & Newquay are breathtaking. Was the most glorious view to wake up to & have a cuppa on the balcony. Our breakfasts were delicious & beautifully presented with juices & hot drinks. Our waitress was so attentive, kind & caring & made sure we were all looked after. We thank you so much for making our stay one to remember. We will certainly be back hopefully in the near future.

I cannot fault anything about my stay The host - Aaron was so helpful and even went out of his way to drop me off at my party venue in the evening. Exceptional!

The Harbour Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, with super friendly and accommodating staff along with amazing food and beautiful accommodation you couldn’t ask for more! The dinner and breakfast was particularly special, the food will truly WOW you! We will happily come back any day😁

After a long year we, a last, got to revisit our "happy place" and returned to The Harbour Hotel for a 3 night break - and we LOVED IT! We stayed in room 1 with the dual aspect views and it was just as good as our previous visits. A really cosy room, clean and comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for Aaron and his team. It's our "home from home" when visiting Cornwall. The food in the restaurant is amazing too. We always find it very hard to leave and our next trip is already booked.

We were looking for quaint hotel with a view, and we got it! The rooms are small, but comfy and with a balcony overlooking beach and marina. Great views of wonderful sunsets. Staff was friendly and helpful. Aaron is owner and chef, and food was amazing, with breakfast included. So make sure to book a reservation for dinner, with a menu that is creative and food that was wonderful, and with a reasonable wine list. Location was great for walking on the beach and around town. We will definitely return. And note that Cornwall beers are really good. Aaron - hope the wedding and Springsteen were both amazing. Michael and Julie

What a totally disappointing experience. No one answers the phones. You can’t ask for any information as it’s all locked up and no one answers the door. We eventually got inside and our room was awful. Small, dirty, nothing pat tested and a whirlpool bath which couldn’t keep the water in. The pillows didn’t fit into the covers, there was rubbish left from the previous guests and the furniture is tired, old and not really fit for purpose. There is a tiny telly on the wall, but you can’t watch it from the bed as the the bed had a huge footboard. The fridge in the room is a small fridge on the floor randomly plugged in. And the room was dirty. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on.

10 out of 10 for everything breakfast & evening meals top notch
Almost perfect what would make it perfect would be a fridge in room
But in our room Dove 1 the only place a fridge would fit would be under TV other than that perfection from view to service. Food outstanding
