Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa - Adults Only

What a fantastic holiday, we came home on Wednesday 19th June and we are looking to book for next year! The hotel, our sea view room and swimming pool were absolutely stunning. This is such a relaxing hotel where nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was really good and I had a Bucks Fizz every morning, which was a really nice touch and we had a lovely sea view table every morning. We would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to Neil, Sarah and Noah who served breakfast, you were all amazing! One night we stayed for dinner, the fish and chips were superb. Had a great weekend here. All staff is really nice and very professional. Food was good. Location is perfect and sea view from the rooms is wonderful. Would definitely suggest booking treatments early on. The spa has relatively little staff and outside visitors will book treatments too so weekends are particularly busy. Same goes for the restaurant. There is another hotel next door which is for families and part of the same company so during the holidays you can expect more tired parents visit the spa from the other hotel. Parking can also be challenging and the car park seems to be have more spaces just after breakfast when many guests venture out. Overall though a very pleasant stay in a well run hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and spa treatments were surprisingly good too. Can't complain at all.

Had a wonderful stay, beautiful room with an amazing bathroom (huge) also with a stunning view. Recommend choosing a room with a balcony as we spent so much time sitting and watching the waves and the world go by. A very relaxing spa, jacuzzi and pool. All staff were extremely helpful, polite and happy. The reason I have given it a 4* is a couple of things:- think the rooms need a little attention to detail where they either need a bit of touching up with paint in places, skirting board, door (knocks) or where they have done so in the past but not cleaned off tiles where they have gone over with grout and smeared on tiles, not a good look for the price we paid for the room being £373. Also felt we should not have to pay for a latte as extra for breakfast as it should be included. Breakfast a bit bland in taste but ok. Discovered people next door to us were smoking a cigar on their balcony and thought there was a no smoking policy. We found a cigarette stub on our balcony too, a bit disappointing so again needs close attention to detail. They could have supplied fresh milk in the room as they supplied a fridge which was amazing but really don’t like what i call plastic milk taste. Having said all of the above they are just small ******* and the hotel really is beautiful and would recommend anyone to stay and would also stay again in the future.

Stayed as part of Middletons coach tours. On arrival rooms ready and cases taken up. Although not a sea view room the room was clean and a good size. Flip flops and dressing gowns for use in the swimming pool and spa. Biscuits,water, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Shower over bath and hairdryer in room. Breakfast and evening meal included and food was delicious. Waiting staff were fabulous, friendly, helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend

Amazing hotel, modern, clean, great staff and the most amazing food and drink! Cant wait to book again, this is mine and my other halfs favourite place to get away and we look forward to this every year. You will not be dissapointed in a stay here.

The hotel is located at the end of the bay - surfers paradise really - great view of the surf the surfers, and this wonderful beach. the facilities include one of the cleanest spa's , and pool I've ever experienced, and the facilities are great. Service varies, but on the whole, it is friendly and accommodating - but you need to book your slot for breakfast and dinner, before which is not ideal, impulse dining is relatively difficult, but apart from that, it's a real treat . weather was not great so the benefit of a really great spa yoga sessions, included it's really worth the trip

We stayed two nights over the Bank Holiday weekend. We arrived around ten thirty on the Friday morning and parked the car. We were not able to check in at that time but were able to speedily validate the car for parking. After a few hours in Newquay, we returned to the hotel and had sandwiches for lunch. We ate dinner in the Dune restaurant. The food was very reasonably priced and the extensive menu was lovely. This was our second stay here. We will definitely return!
