Really lovely hotel located in a perfect position. Sea front views and not much traffic (in March!) Bar area was lovely to sit in with the log fire burning. The room was a lovely size and no issues with cleanliness. Had a balcony room which was just perfect and well worth the extra pennies! Didn’t try the food on this occasion as we wanted to explore but it always smelt amazing! Close enough to the town centre for restaurants and pubs but far enough away that you don’t hear the drunken antics. Nice touch having the empty fridge in the room to store wine and snacks.

The food was excellent and the staff were professional, friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. Fully recommend eating here and a great atmosphere. They were really busy, but well worth the wait. Booking in advance, you will not be disappointed.

Clean room with stunning views but needs updating, sink stained, wallpaper chipped, breakfast tasty and plenty of choice, however no decaf latte available, staff very helpful, very expensive for the room with only a side view of the sea front.

Reception great. Small tired room and a little dirty. Sink hadn't been cleaned & the TV remote was disgusting. TV was tiny & slow. Decor was bland to say the least.
On a positive note the restaurant & evening meal was brilliant as was breakfast. Staff excellent throughout & maybe i was unlucky with my single room but if it wasn't for the tatty room I'd be back.

The hotel is close to the beach and is small-sized. It's an older hotel and could use some updates but it has a real good vibe. The carpets should be cleaned and some of the furnishings in the room are hammered. Our room had a nice deck and was fairly nice-sized. because we were upstairs it took a while for hot water to reach our room in the morning. The breakfast was reasonable. We also ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was fresh but not really good-I probably wouldn't recommend eating there.

Ottimo hotel, stanze super spaziose con una grande finestra. Personale molto gentile ed ottima colazione. Dalla camera avevamo una vista super sul mare. Letti molto comodi. l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione per visitare Newquay Consigliato!
