Just got back home after spending 3 nights in this fabulous guesthouse meeting up with my partners school friend. Room was spotless, modern and designed with a lot of thought. Breakfast was superb and there were other alternatives if a full English wasn’t your thing. Dining room also spotless, fresh and tea and coffee as well as various fruit juices, fresh fruit , yogurt and cereals were available. Enjoyed a few games of pool in the bar, drinks not overpriced and also spotless. Margaret and Owen made us feel very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The 6+ hours on the way home were less welcome but was definitely worth it. Can’t recommend highly enough for a break. Thank you for welcoming us.

This was a greatest place to stay in, we saw few accommodations but this is an excellent place and I couldn’t say no, is perfect, secure and relaxing, attenders are very helpful and friendly I love it. It worth more. I would love to suggest this to anyone going there.

Excellent 4 days! Owen and Margaret are excellent hosts and have a wonderful property. Fantastic location. Very well kept. Highly recommended. Wish we lived closer so we could have regular stays!

Excellent stay as always warm greetings from Margaret and Owen. Fantastic breakfast. Great little find lovely refurbished rooms finished to a very high standard. Only place I’d stay in Newquay

Everything about this place is absolutely spot on. Always a warm welcome from Owen and Margaret, and the rooms are all of a really high standard. We had a sea view and the room was spotlessly clean with everything you need at hand. The breakfasts are superb and I’ve had withdrawal symptoms since we got home. The full English is to die for, as is the welcome you’ll get from Nathalia, she really looks after everyone and they’ve really ensured anything you could possibly require for breakfast is available on the menu. Thanks everyone @OYO Minerva for a great stay, we’ll be back in September, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else now when visiting Newquay……..

Really lovely breakfast and beautiful room and the owner was really kind! Would definitely go back! ☺️ the view was beautiful and we had an amazing balcony and the place was absolutely spotless, a really lovely place to visit if you want to go to Newquay.
