Stay was pleasant and staff was prompt to respond to staff request. The downside is that the middle hotel lift was not working for the 3 days that we were there. In addition, the hotel lifts were shared with the public gym goers and sometimes it was crowded and we had to wait for subsequent rounds. This made the stay unpleasant. Hotel lifts should be made exclusive to hotel guests (at least 1 lift).

Facilities: There are 3 elevators. You have to wait for the elevator for a very long time to go up and down. There was one elevator that fell down. However, other customers recommend that you do not press the button repeatedly when going up and down the elevator.
There are quite a few people who smoke in the hotel. If you do not like loud noises, please write a note when booking because the hotel is next to a shopping mall and a casino.

Perfect location, great service, 24/7 reception service. The beautiful view of the beach from all the windows of the hotel, very delicious breakfast. They even allowed us to take food to our rooms. The variety of food was amazing- from Asian to western.
