The hotel facilities are old. Check-out is at 12 o'clock. At 11:57, there was a knock on the door and they told me to check out at 12 o'clock. I said I know, and she said no. There was only one staff member in this hotel who could communicate in English… Finally, after 20 minutes, the one who could speak English came to communicate with me. I said it was outrageous that they knocked on the door so hard before 12 o'clock. The person said, "But it's 12:20 now. How could I not know 20 minutes? How can a hotel that says check-out at 12 o'clock really kick people out at 12 o'clock? I paid for 4 rooms and only stayed in one. You let me get a bargain but you still have to kick me out at the right time?" I accidentally booked 4 rooms in this hotel, but I only checked into one. They refused to refund the other three. I checked in at midnight, and the order was for check-in at midnight and check-out at 12 o'clock. When I went to their front desk, they said I could check in at 6 o'clock in the morning. I said if they didn't let me check in, they should cancel my order. They wasted half an hour arguing with me before they checked me in. They agreed to refund the other 3 rooms. Ctrip negotiated for me for a long time but still refused to refund me. Although it was my own problem, Ctrip was also outrageous. The 4 rooms I booked were selected from the four rooms selected in the previous hotel booking in China. When I booked Nha Trang Hotel, they didn't clear this data for me and directly gave me four rooms. I am really fed up.

I live on the 26th floor. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a nightclub on the 40th floor. You can go up directly. The cost is 200,000 VND. There is a swimming pool on the 6th floor.

Since my flight arrived early in the morning, I checked in after 3 am. Great value for money for 0.5 nights for 5 adults at an affordable price.

The location is really good... The facilities are satisfactory for the price.

Excellent view from the window, we lived on the 35th floor. The room itself is excellent and spacious. Good location, in the very center, there is parking, for a bike it costs 30 dong per day. Entrance to the pool on the 40th floor is 150 dong. But there are two huge disadvantages: there is a club on the 40th floor and the music plays very loudly until 12 or one in the morning. But this is not the biggest disadvantage. The biggest negative, because of which we would never return to this hotel, is that the room smelled like a garbage dump, and not only in the room, it happened in the parking lot and even at the reception. The smell was from the ventilation, it periodically disappeared, and periodically the smell was unbearable, because of this it even gave me a headache. When you enter the room, you feel like you are entering a landfill. If you want to spend a vacation with a beautiful view and room, and the smell of slop doesn’t bother you, then this is the place for you)
