Top 5-Star Hotels in Harbin

Great hotel, near the main attractions, but not in a busy street. Our room was very confortable, sometimes the noise from people talking in the hall disturbed a bit, but not a problem. I recommend to add in the complimentary itens a body cream, I forgot to bring from home and would be awesome if it was available in the hotel, considering that it is a 5 star hotel. The weather was super cold outside and my skin was cracking. My overall experience was good, I recommend this hotel.

I upgraded to a suite. I went too early and the room was not available yet. I was provided with a room to rest in. The environment was very good and it was a butler-style service. It was very welcoming. The internal facilities were not old and were better than expected. I experienced the century-old elevator and decoration. , the overall experience is very good, the location of the hotel is very convenient, diagonally across from Madier, in the center of Central Street, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very convenient for eating and shopping, the children also have fun playing, I will choose it again if I have the opportunity Grand Mansion

Very friendly staff. Pool and Finnish Sauna have been very nice after the cold temperatures outside. Breakfast is great with western and chinese food. Rooms are ok but outdated. Had a river view room which was nice.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

The service was very good,the staff were friendly and nice especially Emily at the reception.The breakfast was also excellent different varieties,the breakfast include western and Chinese food.We really enjoy our stay and we hope to be back anytime we are in Harbin.

The highest building in Harbin, we liked it so much! The view is fantastic, you can see the whole Harbin 360degree. The room is great, even it was the cheapest one. Big bathroom and for girls- Dyson=)

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. They gave me a candy bag and upgraded me to a larger room. What's rare is that the room didn't have any odor. I don't smoke and I'm afraid of smells in the room. The bedding was also very comfortable. They also sent water and paper bags to the room in a timely manner. The first floor lobby and the hotel's evening styling are very outstanding. The price is also low. Such a cost-effective hotel really deserves a thumbs up

The hotel front desk was very welcoming, and the concierge was also very proactive in helping with luggage. The front desk person who received me was called Li Ying. She took the initiative to ask me some special needs, and she also met them. The service was great. Thank you. The hotel facilities are very new, and I like the decoration style. It is much better than the Shangri-La in Hohhot last time. The only thing I don’t understand is why the big bed is two beds put together. But it doesn’t affect it much. Finally, I think the Songhua River scenery of the hotel is too good, and the view is wide~

First, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall. Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride

Xiaoyu's service is very good. He contacted us in advance and helped arrange early check-in in a room with a very good view. He also took good care of us during our stay.
