Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. The room was clean but Bugs have appeared. It probably comes in through the sewer. I mostly saw it in the bathroom. The location is next to Nha Trang Night Market and the surrounding infrastructure is also excellent. Perhaps because there are a lot of customers using the service, the staff are not friendly. You can see the effort on his face too. The facilities seem to be good. The 40th floor lounge is worth the price. Personally, I recommend visiting between 5 and 6 p.m. Overall I am satisfied. I don't choose accommodation based on kindness. I plan to visit again next time I visit Nha Trang.

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

Приезжали в этот отель в апреле 2023г. Приехали в отель в 10 утра ,сказали заселение в 2 часа,погуляли,пришли в 2 часа,дали номер на 6 этаже . В номере есть чайник,2 бутылки воды, 2 пакетика зеленого чая и 2 пакетика кофе с молоком,пополнялись ежедневно.Есть фен,гель для душа,шампунь,жидкое мыло,бритвенный станок с кремом,ватные палочки,шапочка для душа.Тут в отзывах писали ,что берут 10000 донгов за смену полотенец,это не так,меняют бесплатно,но в конце заезда стали говорить ,что полотенца менять не будут,так как их типа нет и чтоб пользовались теми что есть.Убирались каждый день.Работает русский канал 1ый.Питание в ресторане не такое разнообразное,как мы смотрели на видео других пользователей,но мы голодными не были.Был суп фо,яичница,рис,иногда спагетти с мясом,иногда спрингроллы,которые быстро заканчивались,картофель батат вареный,капуста с овощами,чай,кофе,из фруктов было не более 2 видов. арбуз,бананы,драконий глаз,гуава. Расположение недалеко от моря,2 линия. Недалеко ночной рынок.Ездили сами в I-Resort на источники,такси вызвали на рецепшн,приехало голубое такси по счетчику заплатили 175 донгов в ону сторону. обратно на такси уехали за 130.вывод не заказывайте такси в отеле,лучше выйдите на первую линию и торгуйтесь с таксистами. Возле отеля если выйдите и пройдете немного направо есть остановка автобуса 05-2 ,на нем можно съездить на рынок Чодам.

Don't go here! We arrived in Nha Trang at 10:00 pm for a 2-night stay. The hotel was poorly lit and the only business on a dank street. Our airport transfer driver wryly commented that the hotel had recently reopened after two years. The only worker, a man in the lobby, was fast asleep on the couch when we arrived and I had to wake him up by tapping on the wall. He blearily handed us our key. Forgivable, but he did not speak English. Upstairs in our room, things were worse. The room was clearly neglected since COVID 19 measures were in place. First, lack of cleanliness - there was a foul smell near the bathroom, the scent of cigarette smoke emitting from one of the air ducts, and there was a suspiciously poop-like substance on the bathroom wall. We also found a long hair under the first layer of sheets on the bed. Second, security concerns- the balcony door did not lock, and we could somehow hear drunk people yelling in the deserted street. The last straw was a chemical stench that emitted from the shower when we turned it on. We ended up leaving this hotel after two hours and immediately booking another due to the above concerns.

Stiamo alloggiando proprio adesso in questo hotel,prenotato ieri dopo essere scappati dall altro pessimo hotel in cui eravamo(ed era in 5 stelle) Devo dire onestamente uno degli hotel migliori in cui ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Vietnam. L albergo deve essere nuovo,camera moderna,pulita,spaziosa e con un bel balconcino che affaccia sulla città(ci sono anche camere vista mare). Piscina al 21esimo piano,due ascensori e non è da sottovalutare quando un hotel è pieno. Personale molto gentile,sempre sorridente e giovane come in tutto il Vietnam. Servizio di cambio euro e dollari in dollari vietnamiti (il miglior tasso trovato in 15 giorni) Avevo sbagliato e fatto due prenotazioni e loro si sono preoccupati di sistemare le cose con agoda e Booking senza il minimo problema. La città è molto bella e grazie a loro il nostro soggiorno non è stato rovinato,anzi,come sarebbe successo se fossimo rimasti nell altro albergo. Posizione magnifica,in pieno centro ma in via silenziosa anche con finestra aperta,servizio di noleggio motorino proprio davanti. Unica nota negativa la Colazione non proprio negli standard europei(mancano i dolci). Tornerei comunque senza pensarci un attimo. Come sempre il personale sa far la differenza è questi ragazzi ci hanno fatto stare benissimo consigliandoci e prenotando per noi quello che chiedevamo. Hotel ben al di sopra degli standard visti senza contare L ottimo prezzo. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff,avete confermato La magnifica ospitalità vietnamita. Una menzione particolare alla receptionist giovane ma preparata e con un ottimo livello di inglese

It’s a new hotel and it seems like they didn’t finish all the construction things, during our stay they were installing the door so we couldn’t use the main entrance of the hotel. On our last day they had a photo shoot of the hotel so all the morning a lot of people were walking everywhere and taking pictures they even asked me to leave the gym because of it. By the way the gym is too small. Also one side of the building is facing the other building under construction, unfortunately we had the room with this view. The sauna is not free. The breakfast’s verity is too poor. But there are some positive things like rooms, since the hotel is new rooms are also new and well furnished. I can recommend the hotel but not now, maybe in a month or two when they fix all the construction things.

We visited this property earlier this year and were so impressed we returned with our elderly parents. It is a newly built & modern property with exceptional service. I made a mistake with my booking and the staff & management were exceptionally accommodating. The property is located close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants & close to large shopping complex

The resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the large pool and the beach, as well as the breakfast buffet. However, it did feel a little too isolated, as it took a while to get to the mainland, and there was no where to buy food and drinks that were not charged at inflated prices . It would have been nice to be able to bring snacks for the kids. The beach was very clean, and the kids loved the water park. It was the best water park we’ve been to in Asia so far, with many different water slides. The food at the park was good, but the ATM wasn’t working, so I couldn’t draw money to buy much. Make sure you draw money before you go on the island.

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!
