The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Nha Trang is a lovely beach town a short plane trip from Ho Chi Minh City. If you are in Vietnam, you should take the opportunity to visit. There are a series of islands off the coast that are normally quite easy to visit via a very clever cable car system that connect everything. BUT - the cable system is NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING. So staying on one of the islands is not as attractive. Stay on the mainland! We enjoyed our stay at this location, for its easy access to everything on the mainland. The front desk team was professional. Young lady Thao and the location was ideal, right in the middle of the city on the main road along the beach. Very easy to get around. The pool has a nice view for catching the sunset or sunrise. Wish I could go back!!!

I booked a twin room sea view for myself and my son and we were very pleased, the room was new, big, nicely appointed, super bathroom, and stunning view. Jenny was extremely helpful allowing us a very early check in on the day we arrived and arranging a very good transfer to the airport at below taxi prices when we left. She was always around to be of assistance. It was fantastic value for money. If you want to be critical the present pool and pool facilities are way too small but we were told a roof pool and facility is being built, I assume Covid delayed it. It is a condotel as opposed to a hotel so don't expect 5 star concierge but it was not a problem for us. Great location.

I was going to change my booking due to negative comments, so glad I did not! We booked City View upon arrival we were told 1night city view then 2nights beach view which was awesome. Rooms were both clean and well equipped. Pool is not really for adults, more for children. It's unfortunate that they charge to use rooftop pool. The lifts are bit of a problem at 12pm and 2pm but most other times it's not too long a wait. Lifts do get very crowded and with no air con it gets quite uncomfortable but, it's only a short time. The location is awesome, central to markets, marts, cafes and massage. Also 1.3k along beach are 2 shopping centres which have lovely shops. The room rates were very good, would not get for same price in Australia!! We would stay again at this hotel.

Je veux remercier Heri, elle nous énormément aidé, c'est grâce à elle que notre séjour s'est aussi bien déroulé ! Très attentionnée, et toujours disponible pour nous renseigner ! Nous avons obtenu un appartement beaucoup plus grand que prévu, face à la mer, afin de pouvoir effectuer le check-in plus tôt que prévu et cela sans aucun frais supplémentaire, seulement par gentillesse, car l'un d'entre nous était malade et que nous avions passé la nuit dans les transports 🙏 Heri, tu nous manques déjà !! 🥰

Without a dout that this is one of the best hotel that i stayed at during my times in Vietnam. The staffs there welcom our group with great hospitality and a warth smile. The room is clean and the asmostphere of the hotel really gave me the scent of home and comfort. Each time we returned back to our room from a long day of exploring Nha Trang, the room will gave us everything we need to relief our pain and discomforts.

A lot of tourists, a hotel with a large capacity. Not bad, but not good either.

This apartment is everything that is advertised and more. New , bright and vibrant apartment with wonderful sea views , with large privat balcony . My second visit here and I truly love the location and views. Is a wonderful property with a living room and I stayed in the unit which has 2 Bedrooms. Cannot find a nicer more central property in Nha Trang with a great restaurant on the 2 Nd floor for all your meals if you don’t want to cook Pricing is so competitive now.

The room is very good, but it's familiar with Ctrip. Regular customers are getting more and more expensive! Much more expensive than customers who don't book a hotel once a year
