Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

The resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the large pool and the beach, as well as the breakfast buffet. However, it did feel a little too isolated, as it took a while to get to the mainland, and there was no where to buy food and drinks that were not charged at inflated prices . It would have been nice to be able to bring snacks for the kids. The beach was very clean, and the kids loved the water park. It was the best water park we’ve been to in Asia so far, with many different water slides. The food at the park was good, but the ATM wasn’t working, so I couldn’t draw money to buy much. Make sure you draw money before you go on the island.

Good location with nice beach area, friendly and accommodating staff. Warm welcome with fresh flowers and fruit platter is a pleasant surprise. The hotel still has to figure out something with the buffet at breakfast and dinner when more people stay at the hotel (we stayed 12 nights during Chinese new year) - the quality of food and service must stay consistent as we are paying the same or even extra price for a room and meal during busy time. Coming in the middle of breakfast time to empty plates and bowls is very disappointing. Managers acknowledging the problem and willing to solve it gives hope, as this hotel has great potential. Maybe it’s just our luck, but I’ve never seen housekeeping as frequently as in this hotel in my entire life - they always came either at lunchtime when we are in the room or before dinner when we get ready 😂 Also please inform people at check in and your staff about your room locks - the lock catch and door handle can block itself while the door is still open, so the door won’t close properly before you reopen it. We came to our door wide open after housekeeping once, we also saw many open doors on our floor every single day during our stay.

Such good location, just in downtown. And seems all room are able to get view of sea, the time we visited just in raining season, it's said it will be much beautiful to take a picture to the sea if it's sunshine. Anyway, cloudy is something special as well. And the breakfast is super good, with so many choices. Good impress on their local street food and Vietnam Coffee and many different fruits. Staff services are also good.

Nha Trang is a lovely beach town a short plane trip from Ho Chi Minh City. If you are in Vietnam, you should take the opportunity to visit. There are a series of islands off the coast that are normally quite easy to visit via a very clever cable car system that connect everything. BUT - the cable system is NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING. So staying on one of the islands is not as attractive. Stay on the mainland! We enjoyed our stay at this location, for its easy access to everything on the mainland. The front desk team was professional. Young lady Thao and the location was ideal, right in the middle of the city on the main road along the beach. Very easy to get around. The pool has a nice view for catching the sunset or sunrise. Wish I could go back!!!

We booked the hotel for 2 nights and because we enjoyed it so much we extended it for one more night, The room is so clean and so big, The View of the ocean is amazing, The breakfast buffet is excellent which was prepared by the French chief Philip, During breakfast the General manager was around and he had a peasant conversation with us and he wanted to be sure that every thing is fine with our stay, We really recommend staying in this hotel.

The accommodation was clean and the pool gym was clean It was good to be close to the city Breakfast is a bit unfortunate Don't expect There was nothing delicious The desk staff were friendly and nice If you come with Nha Trang next time, I would recommend it here. The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)
