We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

I used it with my girlfriend, and the accommodation was clean and the staff service was great!! The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and there are restaurants and bars nearby, so the location is great! After checking out, I realized I left my clothes, so I contacted them by email, and they sent them to me via courier and responded so kindly, so I was grateful!! I think I'll use this hotel next time I come to Nha Trangㅎㅎ

We stayed two nights in the ocean view room with breakfast and dinner. The services, facilities and set up of the room are excellent and of 5 stars standard. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only two minor things that puzzled me.: Coffee served in breakfast with no teaspoon included. There is no pen in the room for writing.

The room was clean but
Bugs have appeared. It probably comes in through the sewer. I mostly saw it in the bathroom.
The location is next to Nha Trang Night Market and the surrounding infrastructure is also excellent.
Perhaps because there are a lot of customers using the service, the staff are not friendly. You can see the effort on his face too.
The facilities seem to be good.
The 40th floor lounge is worth the price.
Personally, I recommend visiting between 5 and 6 p.m.
Overall I am satisfied.
I don't choose accommodation based on kindness.
I plan to visit again next time I visit Nha Trang.

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!

GGuest UserVery nice and new hotel, the price was very affordable.
Everything was clean.
It’s situated 10 minutes from the north beach, right in front of the hotel there’s a massage salone. 5 minutes from a good grocery store, also there’s a cheap laundry on the corner.
- The breakfast was ok, I can’t say that I enjoyed it too much, but there were soups, noodles, sweats, fruits, eggs etc. So I could find something everyday. It finishes at 9:30, too early for me, as I was suffering because of jet lag.
- They provided us with beach towels that are changed daily; also you can use sun beds for free.
- Wi-Fi is fast
- the pool on the last floor is good and clean
There was YouTube and smart tv.
About some issues:
- It’s quite noisy outside (people in Vietnam wake up early, at 5 am and do sports on the beach, they bring speakers with them), also we could hear people in the corridor, a church nearby rings the bells every night. So I would recommend using earplugs.
- They don’t provide a clothing rack, we were using hangers to dry our swimsuits; it’s very inconvenient, I believe in such places where people goes to the beach everyday that’s a must have
- there’s lack of hooks in bathroom, also I would add more hangers, some shelves
- in our room the balcony was a tiny one, you can only stand here, but it’s impossible to seat (as I remember there were rooms with a normal size balcony)
But overall I enjoyed staying in this place, thanks to the hotel workers for high level of service. I recommend booking this hotel and this area of Nha Trang in general (imho it’s better than the center).

GGuest UserSheraton Nha Trang completely exceeded our expectations.
We booked Executive Suite, at 19th floor, right facing to sea. The room is spacious, has 2 balconies, 2 toilets, 1 massage bathtub, living room, and very comfortable bed in bedroom. I emailed to them what brand of mattress they use. I want to buy one at home.
Front office manager Michelle, Director of Rooms Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong and the rest of staff are all very friendly and helpful. We admire their positive altitude of solving problems actively.
Michelle can even recognize us and handed over her business card in breakfast hall.
Spa is international price ( expensive than local normal price), but I have to say, it was excellent. I almost fell asleep.
The highlights are too many to write here, I sincerely recommend you all to give Sheraton a chance to bring you surprise.

LLisaLThis hotel is perfect - pretty much. Right on the beachfront, spacious room, large bathroom, outdoor pool, gym/workout room, bar/restaurant, super helpful staff. Could not have asked for more.
It’s location is perfect for other bars, coffee shops and restaurants too. Bit of a spin from the airport (approx 40/45 mins) and about 20/30 mins drive for VinWonders.
Handy little convenience and souvenir stores in the area too.
I’ll definitely be back to Nha Trang and Star City will be top of my list for accommodation.

GGuest UserLoved this hotel. Great location next to the beach and bars and restaurants. Hotel staff go above and beyond to help you and are so very friendly. Reception did all they could to make our stay so perfect. We stayed 10 nights. The food in the restaurant was delicious we had breakfast which was plentiful, fresh and great quality. Lunch by the pool which was fabulous and a 3 course dinner in the restaurant one night which was really top quality. Our room was really large and comfortable with the most amazing view of the ocean and islands beyond. We did swop rooms as we wanted a bigger balcony and the reception were so helpful showing us other choices. Loved this place and would love to return

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2nights and any one looking to stay in the city next to the beach and to all the hotspots around Nha Trang city highly recommended this hotel. We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, location is very convenient, close to the beach and in the very centre. Breakfasts are more than sufficient, Vietnameese and European cuisine.Rooms are clean and spacious, but there are no rooms with front sea view with balcony, just side sea view and city view. And also be careful to dirty bed linen, it will cost you money due to the hotel's rools. But!!! The most important thing i want to emphasize, is FRONT OFFICE STAFF, Ms. Tien, Mr. Hoa. Very helpful, client-orientaded and profeccional! Many thanks

AALEKSEIWe stayed for 1 night. Nice hotel, but no beach towels or sun loungers. Breakfast is normal, a little worse than in another neighboring hotel. The price is reasonable. It's very cold in the lobby. There is no protection for the floor chip card. We are used to the fact that the elevator only moves according to the map. And that’s normal. 0 complaints. Have a nice holiday.

RRaymond Kwon YoungA most pleasant surprise! The first impression isn't much: The hotel lobby is decorated with cheap-quality rattan furniture, and it isn't even air-conditioned. However, the room turns out to be very nice: Well equipped with all the basic comforts one would need, including a frig, good-connection Wi-Fi, a reclining rattan sofa with ottoman, bath robe, plus a small balcony with a coffee table and two chairs and a good view of the South China Sea. The location of the hotel is also quite nice, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, and a 5-minute walk to the beach and water front. The staff is most friendly, and try their very best to be helpful, even though most of them do not understand English too well. The electrical outlets near the desk aren't designed properly, but the problem is fixed soonest I have informed the Front Desk. Breakfast is average, but fair enough.
Just two minor negative points: 1) Breakfast is until 09:30, but they staff would start turning off both the lights as well as air-conditioning at around 09:15 even though there are still guests eating; and 2) the Laundry List is in both Vietnamese and Russian, no English! It is apparent that the hotel must have housed lots of Russian guests in the past, but perhaps now is the time to have English included as well.
All in all, a great value for the money; I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

GGuest UserI liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.
