Spent 2 nights here, the front desk staff at check in wasn't the friendliest, but we didn't deal with them much, rooms were clear and tidy, continental breakfast was good plenty to choose from, check out was fine expect of some rude guest who choose to over crowd the elevator, and a few who took more than their share at breakfast, the pool and hot tub are nice especially after a day full of walking around Niagara Bed was a little to firm for my liking, there's no fridge in my rooms we read this beforehand, so we took a small cooler with us for drinks and snacks, but you really don't need a fridge since you're in walking distance to many restaurants and fast-food places, heads up don't put your key cards next to your phone, the phone can deactivate your cards and they won't unlock your room door, All in all no problem with the hotel just rude and disrespectful guest

We travel to Niagara Falls on a fairly regular basis and over the last few years the Doubletree has been our go to hotel – rooms are dated but a reasonable balance of price, location, parking. This trip was different – for reasons unknown check in took 35 minutes – I had a printed copy of the reservation but still the staff member repeatedly checked the computer, consulted with a colleague behind the scenes. At the 20minute mark I joked that maybe they were having difficulty finding us an upgrade and received a hostile “no chance” from the mystery person behind the scene. At 35 minutes the key was produced with no apology or explanation for the delay. Our next drama was entirely our own fault – ironed a pair of pants, hung them in the closet and forgot them. Called the next day and after several tries ended up talking to the housekeeping manager who was not in the slightest bit interested – claimed that her staff would not overlook something in the closet and would not take them – leaving the only option that we somehow made the story up! Not interested in having a staff person double check the room or look around to see if they were placed somewhere else. Tourists have returned in full force to Niagara Falls and prices have taken a significant jump while service in many places – particularly this hotel – has nosedived. We wont be back.

Moderate budget hotel, mineral water charges 3.5 Canadian dollars. In addition to the Ctrip room price, there is an additional 5.86 Canadian dollars to the store, which is very unexpected. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the waterfall. There is Tim's cafe for breakfast in the middle, or Tim buys breakfast near the waterfall and enjoys it on the lawn watching the waterfall. For dinner, I found a Japanese restaurant, which is unexpectedly delicious Suisha Gardens.

This hotel is amazing! We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a falls view! The view from our room was absolutely amazing, we looked right down over the falls! The staff also gave us food vouchers and it was a very generous gesture and we were very appreciative of it! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. The only issue I had at this hotel was they charged a $100 deposit as I don’t have a credit card, and there was issues with getting the deposit back as they said they released it back to my ‘credit card’ however I explained a debit/ credit doesn’t work like they, they became confrontational, the general manager called me and he was a bit rude and arrogant. I still have not received my deposit back. My husband and I are on a cross country road trip for our honey moon and have stayed in quite a few hotels so far, and this was they only hotel that had an issue with refunding the deposit.

Super tolle Lage an den Niagara Fällen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Niagara Fälle. Freundlicher Empfang. Valet Parking für unseren Miet SUV = 100 Kanadische Dollar. Aufgrund der Top Lage ist das Hotel sehr beliebt und daher von sehr vielen Menschen besucht. Der Andrang am Frühstücksbüffet bereits um 7:30 Uhr ist immens. Wartezeit am Buffet für ein Omelett mind. 20 Minuten und beim Rest vom Buffet geht es drunter und drüber. Sitzplätze werden selber ausgesucht was zu einem mittleren Chaos führt. Das Personal ist heillos überfordert. Hier sollte man die Frühstückspolitik eventuell nochmal überdenken. Einzig toll am Frühstück ist der Ausblick auf die Niagarafälle

We were in room 903, it had an amazing view of the Horseshoe Falls! The beds were wonderful. It was walking distance to lots of restaurant choices. Parking is pricey so we paid $20 a night at a hotel a block away.
The exterior of our massive windows was very dirty which was disappointing considering how much we wanted to take in the view. When we asked for an extra blanket the front desk told us that they do not have any extra blankets! Ridiculous. The room service prices were quite steep so we skipped that.

We were here for the Victoria Day long weekend. Check-in was easy, and they had a room available as early as 1 pm. This was incredibly helpful, as we were here for a dance competition and needed the space to rest between dances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Milestones host and servers were very accommodating to our large party, despite needing to change the party number multiple times. We had a city view room, but had a wonderful view of the falls from the large windows by the elevators and in the restaurant. The location is great for viewing the falls, but is a bit of a trek to Clifton Hill.

Overall very clean. Staff are friendly. The nespresso in the rooms was a nice touch. Pool and pool area are great. On-site restaurant is good food and great value. Lots of towels available pool side. Only issue was internet speed and the gym could use better equipment. If you are not there for work or a work out there are no issues. It’s also a little further away from the main ***** making it quieter if that is what you are looking for

GGuest UserGood: so cute! Older home with 3 bedrooms. Main floor is unit 1 with a large closet with fridge, it’s own bathroom The hood: Room 1 on the main floor featured a private bath with a tub/shower, shampoo, etc. and more towels than I’ve ever seen for 2 people. Queen sized bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, small bistro set and TV. You enter a common area which features a small table and chairs, and a series of slippers and Crocs to give you the hint that taking shoes off is welcomed. There is also a desk with a laptop set up, and wifi. Next is a room set up as a dining room with cups, plates, flatwear, a micro, coffee pot, mini fridge and a formal wood dining table for 6. This is where breakfast was served in the past. They now leave snacks and fruit as well as coffee for the coffee maker, cream in the fridge, and some rather good biscotti when we were there. The owner lives in the house behind, which is attached, but has no internal connection. I understand there are 2 more units upstairs that are large and maybe share a seating area on the landing. The Falls are down the street, maybe 6 blocks or less. The best souvenirs are located in the State Park gift shop next to Victoria’s Restuarant and Tim Horton’s. Ex: small maple syrup in a glass maple leafed shaped bottle $5.98. Elsewhere is was 7.98 and up. The owner has carefully and cheerfully decorated all the parts we saw. With permission, she can show you a washer and dryer in the house. The Red Ganache Bakery down the street is fabulous. I had some dark chocolate cup filled with coconut cream. And there were several gluten free options, including macarons (not macaroons.. a different thing). The rest of the story; Communication, and breakfast. There are listings all over for this property and due to language barriers and being a small operation, not everything is up to date. There is no hot tub. There are bathtubs. There is no beautiful, wonderful country breakfast that comes with your stay. Fruit and biscotti or muffins, coffee, etc. The photos on Tripmasters of the breakfasts and idea of guests gathered around, visiting, was the reason I booked here. The Red Ganache helped me get over it. And.. the phone numbers seem to change a lot. Or maybe they had a land line that went away. And English is not their first language, so be patient. Lastly, most odd and nothing to do with the listing… transportation to and from Pearson Airport is non existent. Oh there’s a bus… $200 for 2 and upwards of 4 hours to get there. We Uber’d for about the same price, and on a weekday around 3, it still took 2 hours to get there. On a weekday around 9 am, the reverse trip was around an hour. Car rental was $500 for an economy car for 3 days, before any gas, taxes or insurance. So, it is Cozy and it offers an alternative to the $300-700 a night hotels. Sorry, my photos were on the way out.

GGuest UserWe did not know what to expect from a hotel so near to busy Clifton Hill, and were so happy with this choice. From the moment we walked in we felt positive. The staff was friendly at check-in and each staff member we encountered was also friendly and helpful. The halls, elevator, breakfast room and most importantly, our room was spotless and comfortable. We met a man who was cleaning during our stay, and he was thorough. Even in the elevator he was aware of fingerprints he quickly removed. The parking lot was adequate and with the hotel parking stub, was free. I noticed while looking for a place, that some hotels charged hefty parking prices. We slept well for our two night stay. Breakfast was adequate, nothing to write home about, but it didn't matter. If I return, I would definitely choose this place.

Infarct , we changed our reservation to this hotel , as it received the better reviews generally . We speak as we find , its the best way , and for us ,the experience here has been 1st class ! We arrived on a damp evening , having had a long journey from the U.K. to Niagara , we were so warmly welcomed by Victoria , the assistant Manager and her colleague ( whose name I didn’t get , sorry ) who were so friendly and upbeat ! Our room, well , it was perfect , a Huge bed , spacious , coffee maker , massive tv , great shower room , microwave ( if u needed it ! ) … and the best part…………THE VIEW ! ! All we can say is WOW ! Just BREATHTAKING , a perfect view of the falls , at night all lit up , by day , their natural beauty ….truly stunning ! We spent time in the room just staring from the windows ! Oh , and there is a jacuzzi Bath in this room also ! The room was spotlessly clean when we arrived too . A great hotel , fabulous location , indoor pool if you would like a dip , and a gym ! Lots of bars and retauarants around too ! My only criticism is , the room is only serviced once every three days ( seems to be regular occurrence in this area ? ) If this is the worst hotel I get to stay in , I will be VERY HAPPY ! I would HIGHLY recommend the Radisson Falls view ! We booked a. Fallsview , with jacuzzi , well worth it !

DDave AugerOur stay was excellent. There was an issue at check-in where the room type we paid for was not the room issued which appears to be an error between Trip.com and Hilton. Although the hotel was sold out they were able to find the room type we purchased.
Overall our stay was excellent and of course perfect location. We were surprised that housekeeping services resumed as normal which was very pleasant and appreciated.
We will stay at the Hilton again on our next visit.
PS: the North Tower elevator issues seem to have improved in this stay.

GGuest UserWe researched the package deal and called the hotel directly to book because we had some questions about it. I tried calling the hotel for hours without them answering. So I called the restaurants directly. Skylon answered snd told me the deal is specific. Either salad or French onion soup to start with fresh bread, butter, striploin, chicken, pasta, prime rib, desert was black forest cake or mocha pudding. Plus tea or coffee. Btw no raw or brown sugar available. CoCos steak house never answered their phone after several calls over several hours. In the package it includes one meal at the Skylon one meal at COCOs Steak House. I assumed the dinner would be comparable and the breakfast would be decent. Was I in for a wake up call. Upon checking in which is slow and guests are very frustrated with the speed and etiquette mannerisms they receive at this hotel. In 3 days I never heard ; hello, welcome, thanks for staying, good morning, how was your stay, have a good day, good afternoon, etc. Upon entering our room it was modern, wood floors, wallpaper that was peeling on every wall, sliding door that barely worked, probably from 1970s. TV was small, remote was old and didn't work well. The towels were not in the room, no wash clothes etc. I called the front desk but had to go myself to get them. The bath mat never came. The bottom of the tub is extremely slippery, dangerously. The bed however was extremely comfortable and the linens high quality and spotless clean. The pillows were great as well. The rest of the room was clean with no complaints. Although I requested a higher floor, we received a ground floor, so no balcony or outside furniture to relax. Also for security reasons I prefer upper floors. Dinner at Skylon was great. The views, the food, and service were all excellent, although my meat was slightly overcooked it wasn't worth mentioning to the server. Dinner the following night at COCOs steak house was the complete opposite. The dinner selection was quite limited. Choice of one entrée, no appetizer, no desert. ! You had the choice of personal size pizza, chicken, prime rib, pasta. Although I had rare prime rib the night before, I ordered it again. They included choice of potato and veggies. I had baked potato. They don't have the loaded option although they have butter, sour cream, and bacon. Dinner arrived and was a sad story. Although I asked for rare, it was obviously cooked days earlier and reheated to well done. The portion was small, meat was extremely chewy, and no flavor at all. Served on a small diner plate with sour cream in a plastic cup. Definitely not worth $140 that was the price difference per night for the upgrade for the meal package. Breakfast at COCOs was sad too. It was limited to tea, or coffee, no option for juice, pancakes, or waffles Two eggs, bacon or sausage with toast but rye wasn't available either day just because it wasn't I was told. Lol. RroiberadorThe location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...

MMkerry81We traveled here for a mini family vacation and I really enjoyed our stay! LOVES: the Juliet balconies that overlook the central atrium -- I loved having a place to drink a coffee or glass of wine in the evening that wasn't the hotel room itself. - the ambiance of the atrium was relaxing and sweet - free breakfast and parking (BONUS) **I loved having breakfast available for our young kids. They served cereal and fruit, toast and muffins. The eggs didn't look amazing, nor did the sausage but it's a FREE BREAKFAST! In Niagara Falls! That alone saves almost $100 for a family of four. -fridges in the bedrooms - price was great :) CONS: - it's outdated. Don't expect modern rooms and decor; the rugs are worn and paint is peeling - the central atrium is very loud in the evenings, busy with hockey tournaments and swimming children. The hotel has quiet time starting at 10pm and they were vigilant in following this protocol Overall: Go here with your family! It's super cute and get a room with a balcony :) Michelle

The shower is to die for.the location couldn’t be better it’s only a 6 min drive to Niagara Falls.we enjoyed the hotel so much that we extended our stay by 2 more days.Only thing was that it was advertised that they had continental breakfast but they did not have it everyday.They said only on weekends

I saw that the hotel has been renovated, the hygiene and environment are much better than before, and the front desk service has improved a lot. I just forgot to take pictures again. There is a red 601 bus at the door, which is very convenient for visiting Waterfall City. Awesome👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserThe Hotel by far isn't wheelchair accessible we had a hell of time getting me in and out of the 2 sets of doors. I had asked before hand if the Hotel and room was wheelchair accessible. The elevator smelt musky. We booked for 3 nights. When we entered the room it also smelt musky, but we didn't think anything of it. The first room they put us in only 1 of the lamps worked out of 3. We The TV was snowy and we said something to the front desk and we were told that they've been having issues with the cable. The switches beside the bed only 1worked and they looked sunken into the wall. My wheelchair just barely fit through the door to the room. My husband and I woke up in the morning all congested. My husband noticed water damage in the corner by the ac. We told them at the front desk and they said someone would look at it. When we got back from the days outing, nothing was done. My husband went to the front desk to get our money back due to the fact that I'm allergic to mold. Cause we booked online they couldn't refund but switched us to a room with a jacuzzi tub in it. Low and behold the TV works perfectly. There wasn't enough towels for 2 people left in the room. Out of 2 ice machines only one worked but just barely. The restaurant didn't have any hours posted. We went to the pool, was very disappointed to find the hot tub gone. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile. There was no smell of chlorine the rope that was supposed to go across the middle of the pool was tied to the rail and the other end to the emergency ring. There was bits of pool noodles all over.
