Nice hotel super colorful and beautiful.would love to come here again

There was on lift here! Which means it’s different for the luggage. The hotel was not easy to find. No facilities. But the location is ok.

Not bad, the room is very clean and the location is good. very nice. The first choice for romanticism, hahaha. There is free water at the door, which saves a lot of money🛵🦽🛻🚀🛬 Facilities: 👍all very good

Next to the Galeries Lafayette in Nice, it is very convenient to walk to the train station and the Carrefour express. It is also very close to the old town and the seaside. No. 1 tram is just outside the door. The room area is much larger than expected, and the TV can also watch various dramas, which is very cost-effective

The room is super small, don’t believe the pictures, it’s not worth paying more than 2,000 per night

All aspects are good, most suitable for people who don't drive

Everything was perfect, the staff 's very hospitable and nice, and can give any help any time. Very fashionable and fresh hotel, in the room we have everything we need( especially love the kitchen and the balcony). Thanks for everything! Will definitely come back:)

The hotel was in great location just a few minutes from old Nice. It was close to both tram (1 and 2) and about 15 min walk to Nice Ville train station. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast looked delicious and there are several cafes nearby.

I would like to warmly recommend the Ammi Hotel. The location is excellent, the hosts are friendly and always smiling, the rooms are small but immaculate, the beds are new and comfortable. When I come again, I will come to Ammi without hesitation. I was especially pleased with the feminist literature in the room as well as the charming, 'she' design, so I felt like Alice in Wonderland during my entire stay ;-)

Particular thank you goes to Sebastian, Melissa and Pauline who have been always attentive and caring towards us whatever time of a day it was AND whatever nature of the enquiry/ reasonable request we had. Great central location, luxurious feel of the rooms and the premise itself, fine details in both interior and service. It's a safe booking when it comes to value for money. We will surely be back :)

Verry nice boutique hotel. I liked the design and the attention to details. The staff is very friendly They offer to help you with the laguage (there are some stairs to climb and there is no elevator). The kitchennete is very well equipped. The apart hotel is very well located. They offer umbrellas and beach towels. The cleaning is made on demand We had an executive studio with balcony for 2 adults and 1 child (3 years old) and we stayed for 6 days

I'm very thorough when it comes to booking my vacation stays to ensure I'm not met with any unfortunate surprises, and this always seems to pay off. Unfortunately, in this instance, our stay here was not an enjoyable one at all. Arrival Check-in was quick, the location is convenient, and the hotel is newly renovated with clean rooms on arrival and a decent selection of modcons, including straightners, a magnifying mirror and Netflix, etc. However, this is where the pleasantries ended for us. Rooms The rooms didn't seem to be cleaned properly throughout our five day stay to the standard i'd expect. They didn't seem to hoover the floors properly or mop, just new towels left on unmade beds (the towels are tiny!) and no linen change. The balcony rooms are totally not worth the upgrade. It's a slither of space and far too hot in August to open. There is hardly any storage for luggage and clothes, no hooks to place hats or bags, just a very thin wardrobe that will fit a handful of items, despite there being available space to accommodate. It seemed this hadn't been thought out. The rooms are not blackout either. Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Both my husband and I had terrible neck aches after our stay, and bad nights sleep. Communications This was poor. We couldn't connect to the Internet for the first day, and Netflix didn't work. On the second day, we enquired, and they informed us the Internet had been down and we'd need a dongle (thanks for not letting us know!) Also, when had been unable to access the hotel via the code they provided us on the first day and after several failed entry attempts on different occasions and lack of response on intercoms, we called the out of hours number. They informed us they changed the code every month, and due to the Internet issues, the intercoms had failed. Again, there is no update on this no communication, no sign, just incredibly poor management, and a complete lack of awareness of the guest experience. Air-conditioning Initially, air-conditioning was good, but immediately noticed when we would leave the room and come back it had been switched off. During our stay, we had extreme weather warnings, with temperatures hitting the late 30s and humidity hitting 40s. To combat this, we would attempt to leave the air-conditioning on low so when we returned to our room for respite, it wasn't an oven. It was never on when we came back and found out that someone had been entering our room to turn off as we were questioned about where we kept the air-conditioning remote. Not only was this incredibly strange, but it also caused an issue of concern regarding the security and safety of our belongings. The air-conditioning did fail during our stay, with an explosion or water spraying out from the unit all over our clothes in open suitcases (because we couldn't store them anywhere else!) If you’re thinking about booking, do it! We stayed here for 5 nights and this was the perfect home base for us during our French Riviera honeymoon. Excellent location close to all the main attractions and beach. 17 min walk to the main train station but the tram is literally right around the corner if you don’t want to walk. It was also very easy for us to catch nearby buses when we visited multiple other towns. The hotel has only been open for less than a year, and everything still looks and feels new. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel itself is small (maybe 15-20 rooms max?) but our room never felt too small for the both of us. It’s clear how much thought has been put it into ensuring their guests have a great experience- perks like free filtered water and treats in the lobby, free beach mats and umbrellas to borrow, free pocket WiFi to use during your stay.. all added to our great experience. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. One of my best hotel experiences!
