"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price! The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town. My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

"Spectacular hotel, excellent location right on the Promenade de Anglais so sea is just on the front. Staff is extremely helpful, the room was clean with good amenities. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast options were good but i missed a coffee machine - only brewed coffee available with milk on the side Also upon check in you will need to pay 100eur deposit, which I was not aware of at first, but maybe it was just me not checking thoroughly. Upon check out it was refunded within 10-15mins"

"Clean and comfortable and good location for Nice Ville station. Bit perturbed at exorbitant charges displayed eg for early check in or late check out but these were not required so happy overall."

"Great location, 25 mins walk to the promenade. Room was great for what we needed as we didn’t spend too much time in there. Bathroom wasn’t very big but wasn’t a problem for us. Everyone was very friendly on reception and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Also free wifi. Only downfall was that the walls were not very sound proof, could hear alot of doors banging and stomping from upstairs - but this was only minor. Great stay and just what we needed for 3 nights in Nice :) Merci"

"Louise is a very helpful woman if you have any issues or questions about where to buy things or the good restaurants to eat in, ask Louise. She is the sunshine of the place. Its a decent price for the location you are near promenade des anglais, place Garibaldi and vielle ville. The elevator is a bit quaint. And I do wish the bathtub was newer but all in all for the price and location plus excellent services. Im pretty happy."
