Love the location near to my event

The location of the hotel is perfect! The best location you can find! Very safe and so many places are walking distance! 5 minutes away from the beach. Room was not cleaned properly at all. tissues never refilled or hand soaps and shampoo. Breakfast buffet was delicious but very little food to chose from

Location wasn’t in the heart of the city centre. Had to take a tram to promenade des anglais area. But tram was located just 2 mins walk from the hotel so that’s okay. Room was generally clean but the carpets seemed a little dirty. Great thing was the staff were all really friendly and helpful, and could speak English well!

Old Nice area. Area seems unsafe at night. Some homeless and drunk people around the area. Supermarket walking distance. Room carpet seems dirty, but acceptable.

I moved to this hotel temporarily. The location is good, but the hotel facilities are relatively old. I contacted the hotel in advance and they made a sofa bed for me in advance.

The service provided by the few young men at the front desk of the hotel is quite good. The hotel is actually a bit old, and the facilities and hygiene are quite satisfactory. The location is relatively close to the residential area of ​​Nice, but it is still a bit far from the old town, the beach, and the commercial area, which is a bit disappointing. The security nearby at night does not seem to be very good. There is a small park next to it. One night when I came back to the hotel, there were many strange people gathered in the park...

The room was clean and tidy. There was a road under construction nearby, so it was quite a distance to walk from the hotel to the old town.

Hotel a little dated but well kept, relatively close to the city center, ideal for those traveling by car, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is very rigid. If you arrive early, you will not be allowed to check in early. Even if there is a room available, you will have to wait for me, or you will have to pay more.

Afraid of not being able to get a car in the morning, I asked the hotel to book a car to the airport one day in advance, and the hotel arranged a car. It cost 55 euros to travel 8 kilometers without informing me in advance. The experience was particularly bad!

I didn't expect much because the price was cheap... It was a really nice hotel! The best value for money!! A simple breakfast is available and all the staff are friendly :) The terrace on the 7th floor is also really good🌸

The location is very good. It is easy to take trains and trams to different places and Morocco. The environment is very comfortable and hygienic. The toilet needs more hooks to hang things. The service of the hotel staff is average. We changed our stay from 8 nights to 7 nights with them. They said they could consider refunding the room fee for one night, but then they said the manager would not approve it, which disappointed us. After all, we paid hkd$ 2000+ / night to stay for so many days, but the hotel did not do anything to accommodate us. It was a bit disappointing.
