Porters are more helpful than the concierge and front desk staff. The hotel does not worth the price I paid.

Location is perfect. It took us around 15 min. walk to the beach and around 5 min. to the tram station. The staffs were very friendly and kind. Felt very welcoming. Overall, it was a really nice stay and would definitely book again if I go back!

The room is larger than it looks in the photos, especially the bathroom. The master bedroom has reasonable furniture and ample space, with a double bed, a sofa and a small table.
