The shower had pink mold that was obvious. The shower couldn't have been cleaned in awhile. Had to use bleach wipes to clean. Asked to have room cleaned while out. We're gone for over 6 hours not done. No clean towels or anything. Next day finally cleaned no coffee. This hotel was definitely not up to Hampton standards. I would never stay there again.

Had to move rooms, the first night was terrible, the fridge didn’t work, the ac/heat was extremely loud (it squealed excessively) and one of the hinges on the door to get in the room was broken so it was nearly impossible to open the door without ramming it…once we moved to different room it was better

There were hairs in the bathroom when I arrived and could tell the room was cleaned very fast…the mirrors were all smeared. My fridge was broken which they did replace for me.

Over half of the outlets didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, crumbs left from previous guests, shower was slimy. The breakfast was ok. Staff was nice and welcoming

I went through alot to get my reservation corrected and when arriving there was confusion in check in and at check out and now i have to wait for a refund of my double charge.

i would like to say Brendan and Sue were great!! they helped me with an issue with my reservation and it worked out perfectly!! there was major road work out front of the hotel that made it a challenge getting in and out of the parking lot but other then that it was a great stay!
