The hotel is clean, hygienic, and very quiet. It is a big house as a whole. The environment inside the house is very good. It is also good to drink tea outside to see the sky, and I feel happy. Going out is the scenic spot. There are hand-made noodles downstairs in the residence. You can see the master making hand-made noodles. If you want to order food, you can order. The noodles are super delicious, with endless aftertastes. The manager is very nice, very enthusiastic and patient, next time I come to live in your house nearby, you must order it by hand👍

The homestay is in Mao'ao Village. I have seen it before. This National Day saves friends to play together. Four people want to live in a suite with public space, so they found a winter wooden house with four beds and a living room. Very good place: the air conditioner is very quiet and the cooling effect is good; the bed is very big and comfortable; it is very quiet at night, suitable for slow life! The housekeepers are very enthusiastic, responsive and fast! A little problem is also thoughtfully solved, praise!

As the first stop of the National Day Ningbo trip, Dalezhiye Beshe B&B happened to be on the only way to go to the rice bowl mountain. We can rest at the station for one night before leaving. The butler-style caring service did not disappoint us at all. Get off the bus to help find a parking space and help carry luggage. I stayed once four years ago and felt very good, so I chose to stay again and found a lot of problems. The glass in the picture is really awkward. How to evaluate the scenery? The bathroom table is too narrow. The most unexpected thing is that half of the water in the bath was gone that night and the entry light was bad. Overall, it's very good. The service attitude of the little brother and sister is very good, and they take the initiative to help carry the luggage. The light and shadow room is at the end of the corridor. It is bright and spacious. Breakfast was okay. The pure milk I used on the first day was delicious. On the second day, the milk was mixed with water and sugar. The afternoon tea was nothing. With the complimentary cocktail, you can also watch a movie on the first floor while having a drink in the evening, which is very comfortable.

The staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to be helpful and offering valuable tips on things to do in the area. 包智慧 was especially kind and helpful! The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the water, giving it a tropical vibe. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the resort was very family-friendly. While it was a shame that the outdoor pool was only open in July and August, the indoor pool and hot tub were still great. The resort's proximity to the Scenic Area allowed for a day of exploration, with hiking trails leading to waterfalls and a lovely temple. The resort was surrounded by lush trees, creating a serene atmosphere that I highly recommend. The option to rent bikes and participate in various activities added to the enjoyment of the stay. I particularly appreciated the pleasant bonfire evenings with music, which provided a nice touch without being too loud. Overall, I highly recommend New Century Resort Jiulong Lake as a place to relax and unwind. It's conveniently located just a 45-minute taxi ride from the Ningbo train station.

YYeliabWe really enjoyed our stay here and were pleastantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the service. The hotel was finished in 2018, and is still in great condition. The rooms are clean, with beautiful bathrooms and great views. The lobby and restaurant are on the 35th floor and are super ostentacious - 3 storey ceilings on the 35th floor! It's a lot of fun. Breakfast is mostly Chinese food, with a few Western options thrown in. Overall satisfied with the breakfast. The noodle bar is good. They have a coffee machine and take your coffee order when you sit. The swimming pool is great, way up on the 37th floor. This was a highlight for our family. You can see most of the city from the pool, and the rest of the city from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the change rooms! There is a wet sauna (open in the mens room, closed in the womens room). There is a nice Japanese restaurant on the first floor, but there isn't much else around in the immediate vicinity. We didn't try the hotel restaurants outside of breakfast. Eleme might be your best bet. The service was fantastic, and there were a number of moments when the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a good stay. The city is developing quickly, and there was a lot of construction during our stay. The construction didn't interfere with our sleep. The rooms were silent!

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is good. Breakfast is on the seventh floor facing the river, you can enjoy the scenery, and the breakfast variety is very rich. GGuest UserBest Hotel we have visited in China within it’s cost to service ratio. You get real value for your money and this experience is therefore unmatched by any other hotel we have stayed at. From arrival, you are welcomed at your car with a friendly portar that accompanies you to the reception desk with your luggage and after check-in to your room. Check-in was quick and easy with the friendly and efficient staff. We had only told the hotel it is an anniversary stay. Our room was made-up with folded swan-towels on the bed and scattered balloons with rose petals. You can go for a walk throughout the area all the way to the nearest swimming beach built on the lagoon (Ningbo Binhai Thousands of People Sand Beach) entry fee of 30RMB per adult on weekdays and 60RMB on weekends. About 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has a bar where you can have cocktails and food professionally made with some of the best ingredients. Don’t get dissuaded by the price tag. (I would however say the service is extremely good but slow during the week at the bar. ) Be patient, relaxed and enjoy the bar. It is worthwhile and great value. Would highly recommend the Burger and Mojito. The staff left us a complementary fruit and cake basket with a bottle of wine and some soup for a night snack. You can visit the Chinese Fishing Village in Xiangshan. It cost about 646RMB to go there and back and the ride takes between 90 and 120 minutes. Entrance is 60RMB per adult. You can rent a tent and chairs at the beach for 100rmb for the first hour and 50rmb for each additional hour. I would highly recommend taking your own towels with some water bottles to wash your feet when leaving the beach. You can pay 25rmb per person at the facilities next to the beach to wash your feet or take a shower(the facilities are not good). There are slow Quad Bikes to ride on the beach and Jet Ski’s on the water. The quad bikes are about 100RMB for 15 minutes. Room service can be sent to your room with the food kept warm in a small oven under the kart for your convenience. When requesting some water or small items at night, the staff can sometimes send the items with a robot to your room. The hotel has a swimming pool that you can use anytime within the schedule. We could use the swimming pool any time between 08:00 in the morning and 21:00 in the evening. You can request a towel at the pool reception desk on the swimming pool floor. I would highly recommend this hotel for a break away from busy life. You can come here to relax with world class service at a valued price.

Mediocre local dishes hopelessly overpriced and way below average by Ningbonese standards. Could have gone to Hanling village down the road or a bit further into Yinzhou for the same or similar dishes at a tenth of the price (and better quality). We felt it was quite an insult and if it hadn't been rather late and we hadn't been starving, we would have gotten up again and jumped in a Didi. My workplace canteen offers similar local dishes at less than 10 kuai/dish (ok, not a valid comparison, I must admit, but even the most expensive local restos don't charge more than 50 kuai either and provide bigger size portions and tastier). The portions were tiny and starters were priced on average at 100+ kuai while the mains, the size of starters, were on average 220+ kuai. Hardly reasonable for some seasonal veggies and 10 tiny rubbery beef cubes. The white wine hadn't been cooled (happens all the time but kinda unexpected if you pay 4,000 kuai a night for a resort in one of Ningbo's prime locations) and it was a cheap bottle priced at nearly 80 kuai a glass. Having stayed in a variety of luxury lakeside venues across Zhejiang over the years, we were pretty taken aback. For me it was the worst value for money food experience during my entire time in China. We loved our suite, the fitness facilities as well as the architecture of the entire resort though. The service was pretty professional and friendly even though hardly anyone speaks English which is surprising given that this place is regularly frequented by non-Chinese speakers from the local areas nearby (and we saw plenty of those for lunch). Also, in comparison to similar properties across Ningbo and Zhejiang, the breakfast was the worst also. Never mind the continental and English style brekkies (sometimes difficult to get right, we get that), even the Chinese dishes were mediocre (such as the soups, fried items etc) which was surprising. Should we return (we practically live down the road), we'll not spend a single penny on food in this place.

MMattia MianiSure, it is a stunning resort and overall we enjoyed the experience. However it is far from perfect. A few issues to consider: 1) I booked a deluxe room and relying on the picture I was expecting a sofa bed on the balcony. There was no sofa bed! Bummer. 2) The bathtub is quite small, mostly for one person. 3) The guest rooms feel/are quite distant from the lake. The view is so so. 4) The resort is not really on the lake, there is a road separating it from the lake. so no rooms or villa really on the lake. 5) They mention a shuttle bus to nearby Hanling old street, but it was only running every 2 hours and needed booking... a bit complicated for a 4 minute ride. 6) The main building with the lobby has very limited facilities. Just a small deck for outdoor dining. Overall ok, recommend to book on a weekday when the price is cheaper. I give 5 for service because it was a busy weekend and personnel was all very professional and efficient, but I did not experience anything exceptional. I tried the high end Chinese restaurant that was good and also the breakfast in line with a 5 star hotel.

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. However great location, cross the river and you are in the mids of the city. Ernst , New Zealand
