Nice place to stay only problem we had was for WiFi as for international guest who don’t have WeChat cannot connect to hotel WiFi they need to change to cellphone or can log in with room number and guest name Apart from WiFi we didn’t had any issue good place to stay

The hotel is right next to Ningbo Station, and the location is good. The room was upgraded and the room was large, but the experience was quite bumpy. The air conditioner didn't heat up after turning on it for two hours, so I asked the waiter to check on the wind... Then the engineer came and saw that the power was cut off for 10 minutes to fix it. Fortunately, it was fixed, but it was also freezing. The door of the shower room and the door of the toilet are the same, push and pull, but when you push it to the shower room, the door does not lock tightly, and it will slowly return to the toilet... The water pressure in the shower is also very small! The room I was staying in must have been on the sixth floor, and it only had normal water pressure... Breakfast was very simple. When I arrived at the restaurant after eight o'clock, there was no toast, not much milk left, and the coffee machine had to push the beans manually... The supplement was also not timely... There are many flaws, but the location is the best.

This could pose a challenge for non-Chinese guests who require assistance or have specific inquiries. During my two-night stay, I also noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. This could be a concern for those who are sensitive to smoke or prefer smoke-free environments. Overall, the hotel's super location near Ningbo Railway Station was a major advantage. However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell. These factors may be worth considering when choosing accommodations in Ningbo

It's a very surprising hotel. I like it. The hotel facilities are perfect, and the price is also very high. The front desk also helped me upgrade the room type for free. The room layout is also very good, clean and tidy, the front desk is also very warm, and the housekeeper Xiao Lei's service is also very good.

The hotel is a little bit old, standard facilities, matras is really hard, cleanness is just so so, the positive side is hotel provide laundry room for free and plenty of water bottle

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

DON'T have standard of IBIS. Very close to Gulao station on Line 2. Exit from gate A. Hotel is 3 mins walk away. Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Receptionist was helpful over phone and in person as well. Will recommend for maximum 2 days stay here.

The room is very clean, without any other peculiar smell, and it is very big and nice. I will still choose this hotel for my next business trip. The price of the room is also very affordable, and it is a comfortable and pleasant experience!

A very pleasant booking experience at Langham Hotel Room facilities: At first I was worried whether the hotel would be old, but it turned out not to be! The room was very clean and the river view was just right. The toiletries were great~ I liked the smell of the body lotion and the hair dryer had a strong wind 📍Location and transportation: Nearby are the Cultural Square, Hankyu, Hongtai, and Yintai. It is also close to the subway entrance and is very convenient to travel 🍃Service: Carry and Bessy at the front desk provided good service. If there were any problems or needs with the room, they would arrive by phone. They could also deliver takeout The price-performance ratio is also very high. I will book here again next time I come to Ningbo

Sure, it is a stunning resort and overall we enjoyed the experience. However it is far from perfect. A few issues to consider: 1) I booked a deluxe room and relying on the picture I was expecting a sofa bed on the balcony. There was no sofa bed! Bummer. 2) The bathtub is quite small, mostly for one person. 3) The guest rooms feel/are quite distant from the lake. The view is so so. 4) The resort is not really on the lake, there is a road separating it from the lake. so no rooms or villa really on the lake. 5) They mention a shuttle bus to nearby Hanling old street, but it was only running every 2 hours and needed booking... a bit complicated for a 4 minute ride. 6) The main building with the lobby has very limited facilities. Just a small deck for outdoor dining. Overall ok, recommend to book on a weekday when the price is cheaper. I give 5 for service because it was a busy weekend and personnel was all very professional and efficient, but I did not experience anything exceptional. I tried the high end Chinese restaurant that was good and also the breakfast in line with a 5 star hotel.
