Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great hotel very convinient location The staff were very helpful and friendly. I do left my mobile phone there and hotel tried to call me and They kept it for me. I strongly recommanded this place and definitly would stay here again.

I used to live in Ningbo and was familiar with this hotel, being in a central location, as well as its bar where I had had a few enjoyable nights with friends over the years. I was pleased with the overall experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and courteous (they helped book me a taxi at the end); room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is right next to Ningbo Station, and the location is good. The room was upgraded and the room was large, but the experience was quite bumpy. The air conditioner didn't heat up after turning on it for two hours, so I asked the waiter to check on the wind... Then the engineer came and saw that the power was cut off for 10 minutes to fix it. Fortunately, it was fixed, but it was also freezing. The door of the shower room and the door of the toilet are the same, push and pull, but when you push it to the shower room, the door does not lock tightly, and it will slowly return to the toilet... The water pressure in the shower is also very small! The room I was staying in must have been on the sixth floor, and it only had normal water pressure... Breakfast was very simple. When I arrived at the restaurant after eight o'clock, there was no toast, not much milk left, and the coffee machine had to push the beans manually... The supplement was also not timely... There are many flaws, but the location is the best.

This could pose a challenge for non-Chinese guests who require assistance or have specific inquiries. During my two-night stay, I also noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. This could be a concern for those who are sensitive to smoke or prefer smoke-free environments. Overall, the hotel's super location near Ningbo Railway Station was a major advantage. However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell. These factors may be worth considering when choosing accommodations in Ningbo

Across from the railway station, nice room, everything worked inside. Don't expect 5 star cleanliness for this price, but it was good enough for me. Loved playing with the smart xiaodu device. Had it open and close the curtains, the lights and the tv. Kids would have loved it.

DON'T have standard of IBIS. Very close to Gulao station on Line 2. Exit from gate A. Hotel is 3 mins walk away. Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Receptionist was helpful over phone and in person as well. Will recommend for maximum 2 days stay here.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!
