3年前來過這家很喜歡，服務到位。這次帶家人來，大感失望，原來酒店易主，真的今非昔比。酒店開始殘舊，失去以前高級鄉村俱樂部的色彩。酒店員工服務很努力但能力有限。3年前裏格村路不好走，現在一樣沒改善。自駕遊明友最好不選擇裏格的酒店住宿吧。

The balcony door of our room was not closed well, and the curtains had some problems. We could hear noises on the first night we checked in. We bothered him twice, and it was almost ten o'clock in the evening. He was patient throughout the whole process and provided solutions to all the problems. The next day, he went downstairs for breakfast and helped us order rice noodles. He also greeted us warmly when we met him in the hotel. We renewed our reservation for one night, and later met him, and confirmed whether the stay was comfortable. I wish him good luck in his work. I left in a hurry today and did not thank him in person. I hope that when the hotel sees the review, it can forward the thanks to him. Because of him, I am willing to recommend friends to stay in Rige Spring when they go to Lugu Lake.

There were a lot of mosquitoes at night. I couldn't stand the bites until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I called the boss and asked for mosquito coils. The first thing the boss said was please give a good review, and then the phone was disconnected. I opened the door and went to the front desk. Wow, I was shocked when I opened the door. The whole hotel was dark, without any lights, and no one was on duty at the front desk. I called the boss 6 times, but no one answered. I had no choice but to call Ctrip again. Ctrip started to contact them, and it took a long time for them to deliver mosquito coils and lighters. The mosquito coils were choking and I couldn't stand them. There was not even mosquito coils and mosquito tablets. I felt a sense of depression and before bankruptcy. The room price was more than 600 yuan, but I felt it was not worth even 300 yuan. I hope that people who book this hotel will consider it more.

The lake view room offers a view of a small bay of the lake. The imaginary space is much larger than the actual space seen. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. The price of an ordinary homestay room is like that of a five-star hotel. The price does not match the value and is not recommended.

The room is spacious and convenient for viewing. There is a cruise service nearby, so you can enjoy the view from the lake up close. It was a great experience staying in the hotel. I will come again next time.
