A hotel with a very cozy green area. The beach is located in a bay, so the waves are weak and swimming is comfortable. The beach is constantly cleaned, the sea is clean. There are 2 large, fairly deep pools; no chlorine is used. The rooms are spacious, but the balcony is small, there are only 2 chairs. They clean everything clean, change bed linen every day, etc. The food is excellent. There is always chicken, meat, fish of several varieties, all kinds of side dishes, soups, salads, something national, fruits. Seafood is always fresh (shrimp, oysters, mussels, and other shells). They cook it either in the dining room, or they roll out a beautiful wooden boat and grill it in front of you on coals) in about a day. There is alcohol all the time: beer, red and white wine, rum. Everything is local, the wine is awesome! Sometimes musicians are invited to dinner. Cool. All of the above is free. Mango, jackfruit, other fruits, imported alcohol and much more can be bought inexpensively in a paid restaurant. If there is something missing, you can always ask and they will bring it to you. The employees are not only polite, but very sensitive! We are very welcome, they try to make the tourists happy, they pamper us all the time! Everyone speaks excellent English, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, besides, half of the vacationers are Vietnamese working in Russia, they happily translate everything, misunderstanding is simply excluded :) All hotels in Vietnam that receive our tourists only let them out of the territory with anex tour representative. You need to be prepared for this. However, everyone around is very sympathetic to this, and everything that the most discerning tourist might want can be obtained without any problems! The reason for the 4 points for hygiene is because on the day of check-in, there were a lot of small ants on the bed in the room. However, I contacted the housekeeper and two professional cleaners came quickly and cleaned and replaced the entire bedding, which solved the problem. The overall service of the housekeeper is also good, but maybe because he is a part-time employee, the response is a bit slow, but he is very positive in communication. We also participated in hiking here. Compared with the jungle hiking in Alya, Anlam is more rocky and the route is more challenging. If you want to try it, you must prepare a pair of hiking shoes or river tracing shoes. The service was very good, the response was quick, he spoke fluent English, and the communication was smooth. He received good reviews. There are also disadvantages. The hotel has been open for a long time, so the room facilities are relatively outdated. However, the flaws are not hidden. The villa is very large and has a very special room type experience. In addition, our family of three felt that the quality of the food in the hotel was average. Finally, I highly recommend the hotel’s jungle hiking. You must take part in it. The special landform and special experience are very popular with a 6-year-old child. This activity cannot be experienced in Sanya or Thailand.
